Not much to complain. The pool area could be improved, not enough sunbeds,however, there is the option to enter to the spa in the vicinity belonging to the sane hotel chain for extra charge.

clean, confortable, great sleeping, large bath area with everything you need, very good place to relax after a long climbing in the mountains. Best breakfest we had in a hotel in Spain. The staff is professional.

Everything was as it should be in an excellent hotel. Very clean, very comfortable, very high standard throughout. Food was very good indeed and reasonably priced. Lovely spa. All the staff, from reception to cleaners were professional and friendly. Highly recommend. Benasque is beautiful and the hiking exceptional.

The room did not have coffee or tea facilities and the cafe staff were very rude and the coffee in the cafe was not drinkable. We didn't eat at the hotel in fear that the restaurant would be as hard as the cafe. So we ate elsewhere and had wonderful meals at La Parrilla and Avenida.

We lived the hotel, it was a perfect place to stay, large room, secure parking, friendly reception staff. The pool was lovely, was only a short walk to everything, even the local swimming pool. Our from was on the river, sleeping with the stream running along in the night was so peaceful.

Room temperature was a little hard to regulate and didn't come down in spite of airco.

Great hotel, great staff and very relaxed atmosphere in this hotel. Rooms are very spacious with nice shower. Pool in hotel is great, but more for relaxing instead of swimming because of size and depth. Also all day food in the cafetaria. And least but not least: very good room-price. We would love to come back!

Great hotel. We liked facilities, how we were treated. There is a pool with open space to sunbath. Dinner was perfect. Everything new and clean. Parking is worry-free under the building. I totally recommend!

We stayed with a dog , it was really sad we haven’t had any option to go for breakfast or bar with a dog . It could be really nice to have a little terrace space for dog owners .

The separation of the water source from the main bathroom was inconvenient; you had to go to another room just to wash your hands. The restaurant was consistently fully booked, and we couldn't dine there any night, which led us to have dinner at the bar. While it was acceptable, we would have preferred dining at the restaurant.

The hotel's location was great, right in the heart of the town with hiking areas nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing ample space for us. The food at the bar was decent, and we especially enjoyed their own wine. Bringing our dog along was hassle-free, as they were pet-friendly. The presence of a public electric car charger nearby was convenient, even though it was often occupied.

Great location just in the center of Benasque. We came at the end of the summer just before fall. Stuff was very helpful in finding great trails for us to visit, or booking restaurants near by.

Bathroom layout is strange, open, with glass doors and in the entrance to the room. We were given twin beds although we asked for double.

The hotel is a bit expensive. We toured Spain for 3 weeks with Benasque being the most expensive place we stayed.

Perfect location to explore Benasque and it’s surrounds. The breakfast buffet had a good range to cover all tastes.
