Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location is very strategic. if you take Aerobus from airport, the bus stop is Gran Via Cathedral, it is just aroind 100m to the hotel. all flat surface. buses to alhambra, to granada bus station are just around 2-5 minutes walk. restaurant are abundance, the cathedral and the madraza is behind it and Plaza Nieva is just a few minutes walk. 5 minutes maybe. Bed is comfortable. i had good night sleep

JordanRoom is basic and small. Shower small, turning around is difficult, and the bathroom is always hot, it never followed the temperature of the room. No idea why.
The location is amazing. Right next to Plaza nueva and not far from the Granada cathedral. I even walked to Alhambra in 30 minutes! Reception staff is very friendly and helpful. Esp. Kathy. Room was clean and AC worked very well.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. We arrived at 10:00 a.m. They had a room ready, and they checked us in right away. Great communication ahead of time, and offer to store luggage if the room was not ready. The character of the hotel is maintained, while the amenities have been modernized. Great value!
