Pool is open only from 10.30 to 18.30. Room cleaning is only every two days, and it wasn't done very properly (sand, dust remains, not swept under the bed). The soap dispenser was empty at the beginning of the stay and wasn't refilled during any of 3 cleanings. When I stayed at this hotel before, they had cleaned room every day and you could choose when to change towels. Now towels are replaced with every cleaning (every two days). The area is very noisy, having room turned to the another building helped a bit but the road could use a speed bump or something to silence the people trying to race the cars. Also in the room I stayed in had door right next to door so I could hear everything and everyone in the hallway. The pictures of the room presented on booking site didn't match the room at all. The smaller rooms with twin-sized bed are not presented very clearly. Also the prices went quite up since the last stay.

The hotel is near the beach, shops, restaurants, bus stop. The hotel staff is really nice. I really liked the pool area with garden and the pool itself. There is also bar at the pool available. Room was very basic, but fulfilled the purpose. Breakfast bar was simple but there was enough to choose from.

Would like the pool to be open in the evening and access to coffee machine in the foyer.

The breakfast was really good at 10 euros each. We didn't have it included in our room rate, which, as with all of Mallorca, was really expensive. The best part about our room was the view of the sea and marina from a small balcony. The bed was not bad, shower pretty good. No fridge or tea/coffee making facilities in the room, which would have been nice.

Steps down to pool area. Walls thin between rooms, noise levels elevated at times. Breakfast very basic. Room wasn't cleaned or tidied the whole time we stayed (4 nights). We didnt leave out our cleaning card on door because we didn't think we needed to, but maybe future guests should do this. This wasn't explained at check-in. Language barrier also with reception. This isn't a hotel issue but the beach was extremely crowed. It's lovely but crowded.

Hotel was close to beach, bars and restaurants. Plenty of sun loungers by pool at any time. Rooms basic but clean. Good shower. Rooms had air-con. We stayed in a room which was not facing the road, however if we did then there would be possible noise pollution from take aways and traffic.

WiFi is pretty much non-existent, but hey - we're there for a holiday, so ditch your internet hungry devices and enjoy the sunshine!

There's a private pool next to a hotel bar, which sadly I didn't use much enough.

It is sad to mention that the rooms didn’t have some sort of refrigerator for drinks or other stuf that needed to be cold, especially in a warm location like Mallorca

The rooms are very basic with no fridge. The hotel was quiet until it reached the weekend and turned into a party hotel. The basic is very basic with only a few options.

No room fridge, no bin in the room, safe hard to use and aircon doesn’t stay on after you leave which in 35 degrees it gets so hot, and the speeds are very low and doesn’t cool down fast

The hotel is a bit outdated - very simple layout of the room. No kettle and no fridge. I stayed only for 2 nights, but I missed these features, which in these days usually hotel have. The controller for television was broken but works. Very busy and bit noisy location (lot of tourists). I don't mind, but if you don't like too much noise, it can be an issue. Overall I had a good stay in this hotel. Thank you😀

The hotel is a couple of minutes from the port and sea, just around the corner. Shops (some 24-hour) and takeaways opposite and around hotel. Restaurants around the hotel, too. Rooms have a balcony. Tasty breakfast. Very nice hotel staff, helpful always. Hotel have big swimming pool and chairs for relax. Bus stop 5 min from hotel. Comfy bed. Good for your short stay. The rooms have acclimatisation.

The reception was not helpful. I think it's not costs his money. Tenerife is more good for his price.

I killed a big cockroach, which is the main drawback. The front desk staff isn't very friendly (neutral at best), but they did help me call a taxi at 4am, which was nice

The only fault I could find , was the noise from the road side of the hotel . If fitted with triple glazing , maybe that would cure the noise. Other than that it's a great place to stay .

Excellent hotel , conveniently situated near the beach and had a great pool. All the staff went out of their way to assist me . Excellent breakfast , catered for all . Plus there is a pool table and table tennis . 😊

Windows. If the double glazing was good, then the stay would be great. As it was, it was like trying to sleep with all the windows open on the M6
