The room,our was 207 was luvly,view was amazing.Staff friendly and helpful.Food varied but ok, sometimes cold Drink plentiful.

Everything ABT this hotel is fab from the cleaners receptionist s ( one man I didn't get his name is very funny on front desk) bar staff..first time ever trying adults only hotel and will be back here next year hopefully .. you can pour your own drink at night or have it served to you

Unfortunately the Wi-Fi didn't work in our room (130) but it worked perfectly downstairs in the common areas.

Perfect location, amazing food and great animation! We had an amazing time here, would for sure come back and recommend to others!

Nothing , everything was perfect.

This resort is not 4 star it is 10 star Hotel and experience. I don't know where to begin. First people of course. Since the moment we arrived we been treated like a loyalty.Special thanks to Inaki hotel director who went far beyond my expectation. What ever I ask I got it , sometimes even a thing that i did not ask. I also must mention beautiful receptionist Edurne and Alexia. So helpful in everything. And now about hotel. Firs locations is perfect, It is situated directly on the beach. The rest of the hotels are on the other side of the railway.So you need to walk thru passage to get to the beach. Cleanes was for 10. Food i don't even know where to start. I never have better food in any hotel that I previously visited and i was in so many in many different countries. Once again I highly recommend this Hotel and believe you will not get disappointed. Thank you,

Nothing to complain about

We were a smaller group of 5 people who chose this hotel by chance. The food was good, there was something for everyone each meal. We loved the fact that the hotel placement was right at the beach which made it easier for my mom. The rooms were wonderful and had the view of the sea. It was so nice in the morning to sit on the balcony, sip coffee and enjoy the view. What was even more exceptional is that the staff were friendly and i have to mention Monika who took care of us as we were part of the family. Monika really made us feel welcomed and helped out with our requests. Additionally, she always checked in with us to ensure that we are ok and to ask whether we needed anything. The best service ever in my opinion! Just to highlight that rest of the staff were also very helpful and friendly!

Everything was just amazing and we spend a great time. Every single staff member was so welcoming with a smile on their face. We had a variety of food with different options ( fish, meat, and vegetables…). The most attractive part of our stay was how close we were to the beach and other surrounding shops to buy souvenirs. We definitely coming back. Almost forgot the spectacles we enjoyed every night.

Very cosy and clean. The staff were super friendly, helped us with all our requests. I would recommend it if you are looking for peaceful vacation with a wonderful beach and garden of the hotel.

Noisy: every evening a concert or other type of music until 23.30, which can be great fun but we needed to rest so we had to wait until after 23.30 to be able to sleep. Also the corridors are with tiles (very clean) but when people come home in the night and talk loud this echoes more than carpet. NB: at checkout they told us there are also rooms at the other side of the hotel where this noise would be less.

Great location, good food, great staff (very helpful to accommodate food allergies), large rooms, large shower and bathroom, nice view from balcony and room.

Perfect place right on the beach, warm welcome of super receptionist Monika with welcome drink. Tasty food with nice choice for everybody. All inclusive bar ať the pool area and self service alcohol bar in the evening. Free parking in front the hotel.

We went all inclusive for 4 nights. Absolutely stunning location. Hotel is small and clean. Very relaxed atmosphere. Staff were friendly and attentive. Food was basic but tasty and there was alot of variety. I am gluten free and they accomodated me for all meals. Pool are was spacious and even though the pool was a little cold, it was nice and refreshing to jump in on a hot day. Entertainment was good and with all inclusive you could pour your own drinks. I was skeptical when I read some of the comments but I have to say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definetly be coming back! Ps sea views are the best so ask for them when booking.

The beds are on the hard side for us but we slept well regardless of this. There wasn't anything to really dislike, the hotel was a little unkept i.e corners of the outside was not swept clean and slightly dusty but that's really my only critique of a great few days.

The food was a great range and catered for every one, drinks on tap was a very good bonus that we wasn't expecting and we enjoyed a great range of every spirit you could imagine. The hotel was a great location and directly on the beach.

All was good..good value for money..plenty of eating and drinking..theres actually an open spirts bar.All staff were fantastic..on our first day Ińaly(pronouced Yakki)gave us a bottle of champayne and a tray of mixed fruit on the house and of course Monika a very friendly and helpful receptionst.Highly recommend this beachfront hotel.****

The property was clean and welcoming. What really topped it off was how fantastic the staff were. All members of staff were friendly and made our stay so amazing. We were greeted with a glass of bubbly and manager bought us a bottle of tequila to the room. Food was OK, nothing to scream about but it was nice having different options.

Loved this place, great value, staff made me feel at home, so friendly and we had everything we needed on site. If you need anything just ask, the staff work so hard for great hospitality. We even had a bottle of bubbly and fresh fruit delivered to our room when we arrived. So much fun. Thank you Amaraigua for a lovely holiday.
