Very nicely done out. Very oldie worldie. Really nice. Definitely worth a revisit. Free Parking was about 100 metres from the hotel.

The only thing that let it down was the towels - non absorbent. I have long hair and wrap my hair in a small towel when I’m finished to take off the excess. This time the water was still running so I had to use one of their towelled dressing gowns to absorb the water.

THE INTERIOR IS CHARMING AND THE ROOM LARGE AND COMFORTABLE.

The accomodation was in a lovely old building. Centrally located in the historic area of ubeda. The breakfast was buffet and really tasty, far better than we expected and the coffee was freshly made by staff. We'd stay there again when we're in the area

Wow. What a charming hotel and location. The rooms were exquisite, and our group loved their experience. the hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, going so far to make a reservation for us at a restaurant that only spoke Spanish over the phone. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The location was excellent. The room was very clean and plenty of room. The restaurant was very good . Friendly , helpful staff.

The shower head wasn’t attached to the wall. Inside the bath was slippery when showering.

The hotel was in an excellent location, central to the town so the shops, bars and restaurants were within easy walking distance. The hotel itself was an absolutely beautiful historic building and our room was enormous with double windows and period furniture. The breakfast was simple but very adequate for our tastes. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It's at the old town, charming old house. Free parking not so far away. Good breakfast.

Antiquity of hotel, lovely hotel, friendly staff. Comfortable beds and linen plus a dressing gown and slippers! For two lady travellers it was perfect.

Not much sadly . Location is good for the old town . Staff accepting of you, but not really making one feel welcome I have to say . English speaking minimal ……this is not a criticism ……just more difficult if one does not speak Spanish . Room incredibly dark and cold feeling. Personally I really did not gel with the breakfast style ,of needing to order , as if in a cafe. We have been spoilt by some superb banquet style buffet breakfasts in other establishments ……so very disappointed here . Let’s just say we won’t be returning .

We actually had two rooms--a sitting room and a room with two beds plus a bathroom. Very comfortable indeed!

The rooms were a bit chilly in the mornings and evenings but comfortable during the day. And the hotel provided very nice bedding and an extra comforter.

Beautiful old Palacio in the historic quarter. Good air conditioning. Helpful and efficient staff . Tasty breakfast. Free carparking nearby.

A couple of comfortable chairs in the spacious room and more lighting would been helpful

The restaurant was not open so we were forced to find suitable restaurants elsewhere. Breakfast choices were from limited menu with no gluten free choices indicated.
