RomaniaFirst evening on arrival the receptionist, Idda was her name i think, was very... unwelcoming let's say. I thought maybe she just had a bad day or something. Very short in explaining the services, she just gave us a quick short read about what we have included and was eager to get rid of us. Same the following day. Not even returning a hello. That was rude. Everyone else, staff at the restaurant, bar, pool were really nice.
Nice room, comfortable. Located in a quiet area, although if guests from neighbouring rooms are noisy, you will hear it. Earplugs required if you are a light sleeper. Balcony doors, same. If your neighbor will "party" on the balcony, you will hear. Nice swimming pool with table tennis and pool tabble. Good food and every evening different specific. Has a spa and a small gym with the bare minimum for a light workout. Small walk to the beach and Port D'Alcudia. Overall it is a great place to stay at. You could spend a whole day at the hotel without problems

United KingdomThe room faced what I guess was the kitchen, so we had the noise from ventilation units and accompanying slight smell. I would have changed rooms if it had been possible but hotel was fully booked due to the triathlon.
Our room was lovely. Good size, nice styling and enough space to unpack and stow away suitcases. Kettle and coffee machine (Nespresso) provided in the room - a nice touch! Also towel robes provided. We had half board and didn't eat in the hotel all the time but when we did the selection of food was good and it was well prepared. The restaurant was a little noise and busy, we prefer a slightly more chilled atmosphere. Good location , less than 10 mins walk to the beach.

United StatesNo secure parking lot, only street parking. The hotel is in between the old town and the nicest beach (Muro), but not walking distance from either one. We didn’t get the all-inclusive upgrade, but the all day snacks didn’t look great.
We loved the front desk staff. They helped us make dinner reservations at several restaurants. Lobby was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good. Lemon or mint-infused water in the lobby during the day. The crowd was mostly 60+ but we felt very welcomed as a younger group. Street parking was easy.

GermanyThe buffet was a little repetitive but I tend to expect that at most hotels. I didn’t ask specifically for gluten free food, so maybe I would’ve been offered more if I had asked, but it would’ve been nice to have gluten free bread available at meal times without having to seek it out. The pool is unheated so unfortunately was far too cold for me to make use of when I was staying (late April/early May). The mini fridge in the room had a glass door and was not in a cupboard, so the light was a little disturbing at night - I use an eye mask so it didn’t bother me much, but may be more of an issue for other guests. The room walls were very thin and I found I could hear a lot of noise from other guests, which was disruptive some nights. Overall these are very minor issues though!
The hotel was lovely - clean, bright and airy, with modern decor. Staff were friendly and attentive. The food was good, allergens labelled at the buffet which was helpful. Entertainment one evening by Nigel was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, I slept well for the most part. There was a variety of other people staying - younger and older couples, families with adult children, groups of friends and solo travellers. I did not feel like I stood out as a lone traveller. Spa facilities were a nice touch and it was good to have the option of something else to do in the hotel when the weather wasn’t so good one day when I was staying. Convenient location within walking distance of the old town and the beach and port, as well as a decent-sized Lidl very close by. I felt it was good value for money and even for a short stay, I enjoyed myself very much.

PortugalHalf of English channels on the room tv were not working, we reached out to the reception 3 times in 3 different days to have it fixed but it never worked. WiFi in the property was very bad not usable at all. If there are multiple people in the pool connected to the wifi you will not have a decent connection (sometimes even opening a simple website was not possible). We did reach out to the reception due to this issue but they said they could not assist. So, no tv in the room nor wifi, pretty disappointing experience considering the rest.
The employees were very kind and attentive; Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner had good variety and quality was good as well; Pool facilities were good and the entertainment was very good. Kudos to the entertainment staff.

The most comfortable beds I have ever stayed in! Very very clean. We had the breakfast nearby every day. Pool area is nice, lacking atmosphere at times but it was a quieter time of year and an adult only hotel so maybe that was why. Loved the bands for hotel keys as you never had to go looking for one. Really nice staff at reception and bar.

FranceMuch bigger section here : Service We were welcomed with what was called an upgrade, but the room type turned out to be exactly what we had originally booked. Despite requesting a quiet room, we were facing the elevator without possibility to change. No one mentioned hotel activities or things to do nearby. Staff around the dining area were uncomfortably loud, especially at breakfast (throwing around dishes/cutlery). Amenities were barebones — besides shampoo, there were no toiletries provided, and only two tiny bottles of water were offered on the first day. Rooms Big and comfortable beds. However, the walls are paper-thin; you can literally feel your bed shake when someone closes a nearby door. The open closet is small, and the bathroom even smaller — barely any space to unpack your stuff. Cleaning was just average, and disappointingly, the bedsheets weren’t changed during our 5-night stay. Food Breakfast had a decent variety and fresh eggs on demand, but some items (like beans and mushrooms) were clearly canned. Dinner was the biggest letdown: although there was variety, the food was bland, tasteless, and relied heavily on canned or frozen ingredients. Also, clean dishes had stains on them too frequently. Pool Location right next to a road on two sides makes relaxation depending on the traffic.
Pool area is clean and well maintained. Beds are big and comfortable.

HungaryHowever, cleanliness was a concern. The room, bathroom, hallways, and even the restaurant dishes could have been much cleaner. Everything seemed to need some renovation or at least better maintenance. Upon arrival, the room had an unpleasant smell, which didn’t improve much during our stay. Another downside was the noise from the evening entertainment. The music was quite loud and often continued past 11 PM, which made it difficult to relax — especially in rooms facing the pool area. Overall, while there were some strong points, the lack of cleanliness and the noise issues unfortunately made the stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.
We had a mixed experience during our stay. On the positive side, the staff were always friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The location is also great — very close to the beach, and free parking was available on nearby streets, which was a big plus.
