Clean, comfortable accommodation, very close to sea front and all bars and restaurants. Clean towels frequently and apartment cleaned four days out of seven. Pool cold, but refreshing. All areas kept very clean. Staff friendly and accommodating.

Everything was great, except the wifi. It worked fine by the pool and on the balcony, but got weaker as you moved into the apartment. It died before you reached the kitchen area.

There was a drainage problem with our shower meaning it wouldn’t drain properly. Unfortunately we ended up flooding the whole bathroom because of it. We would have reported it, but the reception closed at 1pm meaning we kept forgetting and realising in the afternoon (our mistake). — the WiFi didn’t stretch to our room. So unfortunately we didn’t use it during our stay

small ants were everywhere, but this is not problem of the accommodation, the ants are in all Gran Canary and Tenerife. anti-insect spray available.

Walls are paper-thin - you can hear everything that neighbours were doing (including teens partying at 2 AM). Cleaning schedule was not clear. Utensils were very basic, no basic good were provided upon arrival (like sugar or salt).

Property seems to be recently renovated. It is close to the ocean (5 min walk) and Dunes (30 min walk). Rooms were on the ground floor, with the direct access to the pool. You can spent a day by the pool, if the wind was strong by the ocean. Basic shops and restaurants were in a short walk distance (on Avenue Italia).

We rented 3 apartments. One did not have a double bed as advertised. Lack of onsite reception is inconvenient - phone is not always answered. Lack of large cups/mugs in one apartment. Swimming pool water very cold.

It was the Gay Pride, music extremely loud everywhere in Playa Ingles; around 17:00 it was this man, working in the complex, comminf like 3 times knocking the door and insisting to stop the music. Music reproduced on the phone in the apartment. Ridiculous and annoying. It was 5PM.

There were a group of noisy guests for only one day, but the place had nothing to do with that :)

It is a very spacious apartment, really close to everything in the southen part of the island(restaurants, beach, renting car and bike offices). The stuff was helpful, they have also some books that u can read:) the kitchen is well equipped . Even if it is close to the main road, traffic wasn't at all disturbing.

The apartment had still the old mahogany dark look. apartment was very dark, and the furniture where also not that comfortable to sit on , both sofa in front of the tv and plastic furniture on the balcony

We found all the tools we needed to cook and to clean; we also had our towels changed every day as well as our beds done. I also liked having the pool available at all times.
