Very difficult to find the location. The GPS will send you in circles. The entrance is on a parallel road. The parking is at the rear of the building. The manager had to talk us in and rode with us to the garage.

The parking was secure. Not like so often claimed but ending up on the street somewhere, hopefully, near by but just a chance. A lift to the room on the first floor. And a very helpful concierge . Good hot shower

The location is a bit far from centre ( for as , having bikes was not a problem)

The receptionist was friendly and helpful ( even keept our bikes in the reception during the night at his suggestion). The room is a part of an apartment with other few rooms, with its own key and bathroom.The key are handed in a building , and the rooms are in a near by building. There is a living room as a comunal area, with litle kitchen facilities. Very confy bad, quiet area

It was confusing finding the registration office. Booking had one address and the old office was there but it was vacant. After a quick phone call someone found us on the street and brought us to their new office which was a block away from where the rooms were. After a long day riding the train and walking through the hot city with heavy backpacks, it was annoying to deal with the unexpected confusion. Perhaps this could be updated on the booking website? After staying in beautiful affordable hotels across Spain I was a little confused with the price considering it was a budget room which was extremely small with no special comforts. I understand it was festival time but the room barely accommodated the bed. The view was a non-descript courtyard, the bathroom so so. I felt like I was in a box. We were on the 5th floor and the elevator didn't always work.

We were in Pamplona for the San Fermin festival for three days and appreciated being about a mile or so away from the festivities. It was easy to walk into Old Town or take a bus. There were a variety of restaurants surrounding the neighborhood, a beautiful park across the street and little convenience stores as well. Safe and quiet at night for these two female travelers. Small common kitchen to assemble meals and refrigerator use. No stove but a microwave and cooktop. No laundry facilities, but a laundromat was a block away. A clothesline was also situated outside the window.

The price and no air conditioning. Went during the Sam Fermin festival and hotel prices were ridiculously overpriced.

Everything was good in the room. Could use two more pillows on the bed. Absolutely no noise cancellation between rooms. Clean and relatively spacious.

Shower was extremely small. You couldn't turn around without bumping into the valve. The ceiling fan was so noisy, we couldn't use it.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was poor. The toilet was dirty and the bathroom ceiling was mouldy. The main problem is that the neighbours (normal residents from the building) were noisy every single morning and night, arguing and shouting.
