Little bit further away from shops and restaurants than we had originally anticipated.

Excellent space. Everything you need in the apartment and so much better value than a hotel room. There was also parking which was really helpful.

We were told to climb up 2 flights of stairs with our luggage but we actually found if we took the car round the back, we had access to the lift immediately. We were located highest ground and 2 of the pools where located on the lowest ground. There was a lottt of stairs to access those pools then but the middle ground pool was very access and not a high climb at all.

The pictures are a true reflection of what the place looks like. There are 3 main sized pools, the one with a bar/restaurant is in the middle ground with little bridges and really peaceful area. Place was very clean and tidy, plenty of books and games in the bookshelves to help ourselves to. Lovely outside area. A/C was good. Kitchen was perfect. Lovely receptionist, very helpful. Left luggage at 11am on day of checkout so that we could spend some time in the pool and they were very happy to oblige. All the pool areas were very relaxing, not too crowded and the Olympic pool was great for those wanting their own space away from kids.

Upstairs bathroom shower was tiny and almost unusable unless you’re small. There’s also a shower over the bath but not for disabled access. Bring your own toilet rolls/dishwash liquid etc as there’s only samples. Being disabled was disappointing. There are steps (rising then descending) to the pool bar where they could have opened up a flat path to the side. The heated pool is at the bottom of a steep road with no car parking unless you selfishly park in the small turning circle. The gym and spa near the heated pool are, again, only accessible via steps. Finally, on checkout day they turned the electricity off at 7:00am despite checkout time being 11:00 so we had a struggle moving out.

Amazing spacious, penthouse apartment 102. Very clean. Great, palm tree lined, views down the southern ravine towards the sea which was just visible in the distance. Overlooking the main pool and restaurant/bar. Several balconies over 2 levels with seating and dining tables. Luxury compared to other accommodation we’ve stayed at. Fast elevator from the underground car park. Super onsite restaurant. Helpful staff. 2 bathrooms with walk in showers.

The apartment was missing a clothes drying rack and the reception didn't have one handy. Small detail, but not a major inconvenience.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The restaurant makes delectable food and have daily specials which are highly recommended. The heated pool and the spa make it real attractive for the kids.

The leak in our bathroom could have been fixed before we arrived, the overflow directly above our terrace poured water out for 24 hours before stopping and I had to rinse and spin all our towels which we had put out to dry in the sun as they were all soaking wet. The air con unit in flat 120 made an horrendous noise when switched on and your reception staff had no interest in trying to contact anybody to fix it

Breakfast unavailable for the half the time we were there, so never got to try it. The staff in the bar/restaurant area were the best always helpful and friendly

It wasn't the cleanest of all our stays in Spain. The lounge tv unit cupboards had crumbs from the previous guests, as did the sofas and there were hairs in the bathroom. It wasn't terrible but we expected higher standards for the price. Kitchen facilities etc were a bit tired.

Lovely complex with allocated parking. Lovely big apartment. Pools were beautiful and the restaurant/bar was very good.

Not too clean especially behind furniture, sofa was stained and the hill going up and down to the apartment was way too steep. Owner came over and was really rude to us in the pool area saying we weren’t allowed to have drinks there however the restaurant said we could and provide plastic cups. He let down the property badly with his poor attitude and embarrassed us.

apartment could have been cleaner and was over run with ants all over kitchen work services. staff said would send to be cleaned again but had to do most of that on the first day so declined. did give us ant traps and of course appreciate hot so attracts ants.

Very noisy AC units outside on the balconies, could not sleep at all. Very noisy neighbours, super thin walls, could hear everything and anything what the neighbours above and next to us did. The two bedroom apartment was super dirty, the doors to the bathrooms and bedrooms did not closed at all, very uncomfortable overused pillows. Dusty with spiderwebs everywhere. Ac vents very dusty, never been cleaned before. Stained and super dirty chairs, sofa. Very used and demaged beds, disgusting smell coming from one of the bathrooms. Very dirty and stained curtains. This apartment needs proper deep cleaning and refurbishment.

The room was fair, a little tired here and there. Water was sometimes scorching hot. The rubbish bins outside the compound weee disgusting, mess everywhere, rats and a poor pig eating plastic bags

A small shop on site would be perfect. There is no local places you can walk to for basic shopping.

Rooms were very modern and spacious. Balcony was large and had table and chairs. Perfect apartment with all amenities within the apartment that you would need. Very well stocked kitchen appliances, glasses, equipment for preparing and making food. The on site restaurant was also very tasty and reasonably priced. Good variety of food to chose from if you didn’t want to eat in your apartments.
