I was surprised that there wasn't a small refrigerator in the room.

The staff were friendly and helpful and although it was 'fiesta time' the hotel was otherwise quiet

Nothing had an amazing time.

We drove past the hotel missed as when we were looking where parking may be. We parked a little bit away paying at machine roadside parking, went had a drink then walked to hotel. Went to hotel and the receptionist walked back to car and she directed coming with us to the car park. The parking is a car park used by other buisinesses. It was secure and a short walk to hotel. Id booked a room with a Juliet balcony, Although view of the street below, it was fun watching people below walk past. The room was a delight in decoration, bed so comfortable. Only one niggle the bathroom door was noisy needs some WD40. Shower was powerful, easy to manage temperature. The hotel was right in centre of town and receptionist told us of some eating places, pointing some on our walk from car park. We booked breakfast with the Hotel it was 12 euros per person, but convenient to not have to walk around to find somewhere to eat. It was very basic with few choices, adequate, freshly squeezed orange juice was refreshing, the tostada rolls were just right not to crusty, the croissants were fresh. fruit was not quite ripe. and no problem asking for extra drinks or more ham and cheese. Hotel is a short walk from a square where there were gift shops information centre and I believe you can catch the road train and Cafe Andrea was lovely to rest sit and watch. Ate at BAR33 a tapas bar established in 1948 and it was excellent. After checking out, you deposit garage key in a box on wall in carpark. The location was ideal for walking to sights and shops. Walk up to Basiliica is steep, but what an amazing place with the true cross, the Wine Horse museum was amazing. The archology museum wasnt open. We walked to the fountain other end of town lovely.

The receptionist Sara was fantastic. So helpful. Went out of her way to help when we were let down by the taxi company we booked. Also very helpful in recommending restaurants and places to visit.

The breakfast was good, but I would like to have some vegetables f.g. tomate, because there was none. The breakfast service was excellent, especially the lady who served it.

Breakfast rather minimal - could be more varied, to include cheese, meats and hot item choices

Location in centre of city, friendly and helpful staff, large clean room. Free fast wifi. Many nearby restaurants provide varied meal options.

I didn't like the shower in the corner of the room and the toilet with just a glass partition. A little privacy is nice, even in a marriage. There was a black painted step to the bath that I fell over because it was practically invisible. It needs repainting so you can see it for safety

They need transport taxi or something for those leaving the site without card Breakfast nice but tooo expensive

I like it’s close and easy to get around and close to places but when it comes to taxis and going places it’s only easy on foot they need a transport way

The room met my expectations.

Very central to visit the old city and Basilica. Simple but stylish room. Bath / shower was part of the room. Bed was super comfy and cosy. Wifi very good. Coffee available downstairs. Very good bakery and cafe just around the corner. Great place for a visit to Caravaca.

There was only one area for improvement that I could see and that was the paintwork in the bathroom around the bath that needed redoing. Apart from that, it was delightful!

More basic than expected. No hairdryer, safe, tea and coffee only available in reception, 1 small bottle of water in room. Breakfast quite nice but only juice, coffee, toast and croissants and at €10 thought expensive. Stayed 2nts and surprised to be asked at breakfast on first day if we wanted our room cleaned? We said yes but only bed made, bin not emptied or bathroom cleaned. However, our friends room was done to the usual hotel standard. Several elements of the hotel were quite tired.

Location excellent. Staff very helpful. Large room with very comfortable bed and pillows. Lovely courtyard.
