They had live music every night until midnight and it was impossible to sleep before that. It would be great to communicate this to guests beforehand. We didn't enjoy the noisy room.

Safe deposit box is for the extra charge, hair dryer is a bit too weak for the long hair.

I really liked this hotel. During our stay we didn't have any issues with stuff or with the level of comfort. If you have any additional questions or requests the hotel stuff will be friendly, supportive and willing to help. Breakfast was great. Despite the fact that the same set of dishes is served every day, you always have a wide range to choose. Fruits (pears, pineapples, watermelon and melon etc), vegetables, meat and cheese slices, pancakes, tosts, eggs and bakery. I also want to mention that our beds were very comfortable. We stayed in the double room with balcony (twin beds). For people who like to stay up late, I would like to recommend The Kings restaurant near the Alhambra Hotel, they work until 1am.

The sound proofing of the rooms, or lack thereof. We could hear our loud German neighbours playing music until 1:30 am, or the upstairs neighbours moving furniture like they were redecorating their room every 30min (there are only so many things you could move in the room, yet they managed to do this for our entire stay). We could also hear the live shows very loudly through our window, which didn't close perfectly airtight (although this was checked by a technician and deemed to be fully normal, which is fair enough). Even if airtight, we would've probably still heard it quite loudly as it was playing at very high volumes. Paying 5€ per day for pool towels, with a 10€ deposit, seemed extortionate. Even touristic corner shops right outside the hotel sold some for 6€ which you can keep for life (although you probably won't want to as they are not the most pretty or good quality, but they do the job).

All the staff was very nice and accommodating, and the buffet had good variety so everyone could find something they liked (although not the best quality, so it took a bit of trial-and-error to find something to our taste). The live shows in the evening were done by a DJ, except for Friday where it was a live band. They were always fun, but very loud until midnight, so sometimes a bit annoying in late evenings when trying to rest. The price we payed for a last minute booking with half-board in early September was the best of the area. Very good value for money (if you bring earplugs).

very loud live music until 12:00 at night, if you are with small children, it creates a bad atmosphere for putting the children to sleep, not comfortable for rest, at dinner and breakfast they do not have time to bring or prepare food, you have to wait also you can't take a sandwich for a child with you it's very strict the staff is watching and following you

The only aspect that can be improved is the restaurant. Food is overall good, but there's way too much fried and pork based food. We wished there could have been a larger choice of typical Spanish dishes, and more local fish.

The staff is really nice and helpful. The location is close to the beach. In the comments people complain about noise and poor cleaning: it's just not true, the hotel is in good conditions and you can ask for a quiet room, which we got. As I said, the staff is super nice and helpful! Also the gym is amazing, never seen a better equipped one in a hotel. Overall, you can't have anything better at this price point.

For families with older children a triple room is not suitable as you can be seen when showering. Never seen such thing, the shower outside without any possibility to cover the door.

Our initial 3 bed room was exceptionally small with the bathroom virtually in the bedroom. 3 were booked but towels for 2 and a drink for 1.....counterpains were dirty.

We were listened to when we had a problem and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was great. Food in the bar was good.

Maybe as a suggestion- coffee makers/water cookers should be placed. Being a morning tea/coffee person, would appreciate it having in the room.

It was extremely loud until midnight because of the disco on the ground floor. Boring swimming pools, kids have nothing to do there. If you travel with children, keep it in mind.

I don't have any major complaints except maybe that the Wi-Fi should be much faster because it is very slow.
