The master bathroom needed updating. The grout was chipped out in places, and there was mold around the outside of the tub, and the door stuck. But the rest of the apartment was in decent shape and comfortable.

The location is great - right next to a metro station, 10 minutes walk from the Sagrada Familia, and across the street from a public parking garage. It's around the corner from Gaudí's hospital too. Nice to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Plenty of space for us.

Please add a cutting board in the kitchen. Also, bathrooms were dark and moist, with mold in the corners. Probably unavoidable due to the high moisture in Barcelona. Also, please replace the sofa bed, it is very functional, but getting a little greasy at the surface!

Great size for a family of 6. I had not expected a second bathroom ! There was a hanger to dry your clothes that you would take our of your washing machine. Very sweet personal touches with magazines/books in the drawers of the living room/bedrooms. Thank you also for the little bath gel snd shampoo toiletries ! Great kitchen supplies and utensils !

The furniture could be upgraded. There was a few things that had already damages on the wall and furniture. The beds are a little uncomfortable but was fine for 2 nights.

The apartment was clean and perfect for a family visit. There is a double bed and a twin room with two separated bathrooms, so it was convenient. Location is perfect as we took the metro and the hop on n off bus, which there is a 5min walk bus meeting point. There are local restaurants and supermarkets near by as well.

Location is great, pretty close to Sagrada Familia, public transportation stations are nearby. Apartment is big so we had a pleasent stay here. Also, there are two bathrooms and it is great facility for a bigger groups.

Very good localised! Well communicated. Very good contact with the staff, easy, fast and very good approach. Nice surprise in the fridge for the begging, as equipped with a set of water and coke. If some things are to be improved- some refreshments on the apartment and cleaner kitchen utensils, pots in general.

Check in was at 4pm but the room wasn’t ready. We had to wait for almost an hour for the cleaner to finish cleaning the room. We find the apartment a bit cold without heating.

As room for improvement, some parts of the house could have been cleaner. Also we felt like the check in after 16:00 was a bit late ( still there is a chance to leave your luggage in the entrance of the building where they keep lockers).

Area was great close to Sant Pau Hospital and Sagrada Familia. The apartment would be a great choice for a large group. The contact person extremely helpful, especially in our case since we did a last minute booking( one day before arrival) They left us water and refreshments in the fridge!

There weren't enough basic kitchen supplies such as paper towels, a boiler or a filter coffee machine. The living room windows weren't soundproof.

Nice location, the metro station was just around the corner. The apartment is sufficient. The two bathrooms made our stay more comfortable. The communication with the host was immediate. There are luggage lockers in the premises.

Some fixtures was not fixed before letting it, like slide door lock in the bedroom not working make us feel unsafe good thing there's a manual shutter, shower door is loose, some built in fixtures in the kitchen and bathroom we're peeling off already

Some of the dishes and pans had old food residue left from the “common sense “ of the old guests. We washed them, wasn’t any problem.. Just one observations: some of the pans I think they need to be changed.

Everything was great, shops, metro very close. Owner very helpful and answers quickly to any question. The apartment is nice has everything you need.
