I would especially like to highlight the historic interior of the hotel and the incredible breakfast...good standard set of dishes + bonuses in the form of salmon, champagne, very high quality coffee, delicious cakes, real freshly squeezed orange juice, good selection of fruit

The breakfast is not brilliant, the cooked food was a little dried looking and the fruit selection was minimal and again a little tired looking. Unfortunately we also had a very grumpy lady seating us, who became quite rude, when we mistook the first table to mean the first table in the room when she actually she meant the first table at the other end of the room. There was no need for her to raise her voice.

The rooms were great and the location was perfect for visiting Toledo. The hotel is very cool with lots of suits of armour everywhere and a medieval lounge on the lower floor. The staff on reception were very helpful and always very courteous, even hunting around for extra bottles of water for us when all the shops were shut. It is good value for money and a very nice place to stay.

The water in the shower drained very poorly, it didn’t drain at all, but since we stayed for one night, we didn’t contact the reception about this issue.

I found it hard to control the air conditioned. It's sometimes cold, but I cannot find where to adjust it.

The breakfast is excellent. The restaurant is decorated so originally. What I like most is the LOCATION. It is so easy to locate the hotel. Staff is very helpful and kind.

I found a fantastic hotel. Clean, with beautiful rooms. I really appreciated the architecture of the breakfast room and even more the breakfast: high quality in every kind of food. The best position to visit Toledo.

The room we stayed first night was way smaller then expected. However we were given another room next day and it was perfect, Spent a long of time trying to change the room at arrival but did not get result until next day. Overall we were happy.

Location of hotel is perfect, people on the reception was very kind, breakfast was fantastic. I paid at the reception aditional fee, after that they gave me normal room. The offered room was much smaller than in description, with only small window, no view, different as shown on the booking side. When I paid more, they gave me room, which was on the picture. Furniture in the room was very old-
