Parking was imposible at Hotel but they gave me access to another hotel just over the road. Make reservations before arriving.

Great Adults only oasis and best beach house on the coast, DJ open fire cooked sardinas.. great service. Laura at RECEPCIÓN was outstanding. Great find.

We only had one minor issue, which was you had to pay €40 with a €10 deposit to use the safe in the room. We just felt this wasn't great considering we paid over €2000 for the room. Not an issue with the hotel but the sand on the beach isn't soft, it's gritty!

We loved everything about this hotel, especially the location right on the beach. We booked the junior suite and had panoramic views of the beach from our balcony. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, available if you needed anything 24/7. The hotel, restaurant and pool area was so clean and maintained really well. The beach is right outside the hotel and the loungers were included in the price of our room (not sure if depends what room type you book!) There are plenty of sun loungers by the pool, there are signs up requesting loungers aren't reserved which some guests ignored. Breakfast was included and there was so much to choose from, eggs made to order however you fancy them, there is even cava available! Would really recommend for couples, such a great stay!

The breakfast was almost the same every day and lacked some more healthy options, but was really good. It would be great to have live music every night.

Very nice and service minded staff, especially the cleaning team on the 4th floor that we stayed at. Location was really good and the facilities in the hotel (spa, gym, beach access etc.) was great.

Rooms seem to be little small.

Great location. Rooms were clean, very well noise insulated. It has convinced to be just in front of the beach. Restaurant offers very good breakfast and dinner too. No families with small children.

Even though I liked the hotel and we had a good time, there were several negative things: you have to pay to use the safe or beach towels. Dinner was so-so and food in the bar was not good. We booked the room with a sea view, unfortunately, there is a construction site next to the hotel, so it spoils the beautiful view.

I general, I liked the hotel. It is located very close to the beach. The personnel is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really good. Our room had a spacious bathroom and a nice balcony.

Nothing bed, I would suggest the pool sunbeds be cleaned.

The location is ideal, 2 minutes walking rom the beach and 5 minutes walking from promenade. The hotel itself is very nice, clean. The staff at the reception are amazing, customer oriented, supportive and smiley. I would distinguish Suzanne and Strayline. The room is a bit small, but very bright. The terrace is a big bonus. Breakfast was very good, full of varieties.

Swimming pool a bit small. Room was quite spacious nice balcony. The bed was really soft so we couldn’t sleep so well. I think the bed was already too much, the springs in the matras was noisy and bouncy. Bathroom was good size but it wasn’t so clean as expected some mould spots in the tiles so I used slippers to shower.

Personel was really nice really helpful. Breakfast was good either. Beds outside also nice only the pool was a bit small. The cleaning service was very good every day a very clean room again.

The hotel was located just in front of the beach and in the centre of Santa Susanna. The building is lovely as it feels modern and with a wonderful layout - it doesn't feel too big, nor too small. The staff were absolutely brilliant, very easygoing and helpful. We had an all inclusive deal and we were afraid that the meals were going to be all the same but we were very glad to be wrong! The variety and the quality of lunches and dinners were astonishing! So many fish and meat dishes and all delicious. Breakfast was great too! The air conditioning in the room worked wonderfully, and the cleaning standards were fantastic - every single day. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone wanting a relaxed holiday

Good size room, nice view from balcony. Big variety for breakfast and dinner. Easy to access sea. Many beds and umbrellas for guest to use in inside space. Nice and friendly personal.

Food was cold , cooked breakfast unless you want omlettes stone cold. Coffee machine frequently didn't work. Staff didn't explain the dining arrangements on arrival so was hit and miss. Its a shame because the food is varied and nice but they need to invest in new hotplates. We were half board and you can switch between dinner and tea which is good. For the extra few quid its worth it even with cold food.

Awesome room , massive comfy bed with view of sea and mountains. Pool on virtually on the beach. All very nice.

Could have provided coffee sachets etc in room to go with the kettle and cups. Would be nice to extend the music down to the lower levels when sunbathing. Shower rooms when leaving could do with some hanging hooks in the men's room. Break fast was cold unless you had the fresh cooked eggs

Staff were great and nothing was too much trouble, beds really big and comfy, rooms are big, bathrooms nice and big, location right on the beach and near all shops. Everywhere was immaculately clean and rooms serviced every day. Bottles of water in room each was a nice touch too.

Nice modern hotel with lovely rooms, nice pool and bar areas and excellent staff. Have visited this hotel before but not for several years, it was nice to see that everywhere has been well maintained. Great entertainment in the evenings.

I really try to do the exercise on what could be improved and provide constructive feedback but I have to admit that there was no room for improvement. Everything was simply excellent.

A perfect experience: a combination of beautiful design, unbeatable location and superb service, highlighting the fantastic predisposition of Asia, Susanna, Laura and Elena! My partner and I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it 🙌

Nothing, except I wanted to stay again in the middle of November, but it’s booked for whole month. How’s that possible? Never mind, I hope and I looking forward to be there again, soon.

Everything was perfect. 6th floor and beautiful view on the beach. Staff was extremely professional and kind. The price of stay and prices for breakfast, and dinner were great and affordable. The food was excellent. Can’t wait to back and book again. Love it
