The access road is off a dual carriageway it’s difficult to access at night as the speed on the road is 90 km an hour but not a reflection on the hotel just the route in a bit tricky

Arrival time was 4pm which I think is a little late we arrived a bit earlier but told to come back later which in a quiet area is not too good. I think considering the location in a very isolated spot, yes and coffee facilities in the room would have been lovely. The wifi in the room was practically nonexistant. it kept tripping out along with the TV. Wi-Fi needed for checking travel updates.

The owner was present at breakfast and he was on hand if we needed anything. There was a good selection of sweet and savoury and all the usual things presented in a buffet. The host was extremely pleasant.

Very comfortable stay with one of the best breakfasts on our 6 week trip. Quite a way from restaurants etc particularly as we were on bikes but the owner was really helpful in organising taxis. Would definitely recommend

We loved every minute of our stay at Hotel Aldori. Victor greeted us on arrival and was so helpful with everything. The setting is beautiful and I loved walking the little country road. The breakfast was amazing! Victor offered fresh squeezed orange juice every morning and a lovely assortment of meats and cheeses. He upgraded us to a larger room as we were there during the off season. We loved it so much, we decided to stay an extra day and after we left, we regretted not staying for one more day. We even got to see a newborn Pygmy goat! Thank you, Victor!

The access road from the highway to the hotel is a little narrow, be careful if driving at night.

Great location for exploring the Basque country around Bilbao. The hotel is set in quiet countryside and is ideal if you are travelling with your furry friend. The owner Victor and his wife made us feel very welcome.

Perhaps being out of season, it was difficult to find a restaurant in the area doing take away food, as the hotel only caters for breakfast.

Wonderful location surrounded by beautiful fields and woodlands. The hotel is charming and quaint, but the rooms are modern and up to date. We were well looked after by the owners, who were very helpful with things to see and do in the area.

There were no negatives for what we needed from the accommodation.

We only stayed one night heading back to Bilbao for the ferry. The property is very well maintained and in a lovely plot. Our bedroom was wonderful and the en-suite bathroom was very big with a powerful rainfall shower. The owner was there to greet us and book us in, and was very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Very large room (superior room) with high ceilings. Huge (firm mattress) bed. Jucuzzi! Huge shower with LOTS of water pressure. Great breakfast. Charming, helpful and responsive host. Even in mid August nights were cool. And so quiet. Lots to see and do close by. We never even made it to Bilbao. Oh well, guess we'll have to come back.

We arrived early and though we were traveling the Camino del Norte by foot we were informed we had to leave the agriturismo property until check in. Not an easy task when the accommodations are outside a very small town. We understood our rooms were not ready but being told to leave could have been handled better.
