Very good location, close to the city center and other touristic spots. The rooms are spacious enough and the bathroom is big and clean. The breakfast is good but with very few options, stilll breakfast in the hotel costs less than outside.

Very nice hotel in the centre of Seville. On the doorstep of all the sites to visit. You can walk to everything. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Rooftop pool was a plus.

As we went at very warm time of the year - a fridge in the room would have been great - just to keep some cool drinks at hand

The hotel is in a great location with all the main sights and attractions within walking distance We especially enjoyed the roof top bar/terrace - which had fabulous views over the city. Room was a perfect size - and we enjoyed great views - and it was a great temperature and a good escape from the heat of the day

The swimming pool on the rooftop is way too small that just enough for a few people standing in. My daughter couldn't use the pool as there were a few men in the pool. (We tried twice with different times).

The location of the hotel was fantastic. Just a few steps from the main attractions. I stayed here 5 nights with my 12 yrs old daughter. The weather was too hot, we couldn't walk around in the heat. Thanks to the hotel's location, we walked through the park opposite the hotel to nearby main attractions and walked back to the hotel to stay away from the heat. Then, we went out again in the late afternoon. The view of my room was fabulous with a balcony. I enjoyed the sunset view every evening and Seville by night. Would highly recommend it.

Shower could be updated. It fell down down from the holder and wasn't very sturdy. Water pressure wasn't very strong - needed to be stronger. Update shower facilities. But the shower was all you needed it was fine for having a nice shower after a swim or in the morning. The bath plumbing needs to be updated / cleaned because kept filling up when had showers. Bath became very slippery when used daily. Needs a grip Matt in the bath. Very hot in bathroom. Maybe better aircon in the bathroom. Steamed up. More spare toilet roll to be provided please. In the pool maybe think about having a cut off time for children to be allowed in. (As it's a smaller pool it's a more relaxing pool rather than a teaching your kids to swim in pool). Towards the end of our stay we noticed that the pool was getting a bit grubby and cloudy. Does it need cleaning more frequently?

An amazing hotel that met all of our expectations, and exceeded it. Spectacular view of the cathedral from our room. Great aircon - on all day keeping us cool. Room cleaned everyday. Bedding and towels changed everyday. Big room everything we needed. With facilities & kettle - tea and coffee. Hairdryer etc. Sockets in convenient places in the room. Blackout curtains Fast secure lift. Staff were very helpful- with information about the city and how to get around. Clean and secure hotel - key cards required to get entrance into the hotel. The pool is absolutely wonderful to cool off in the high temperatures of Seville. (A lifesaver for us). The bar was an added bonus of a beer or wine only €4. Lovely! The hotel is absolutely wonderful and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. The location of the hotel is in the heart of the city and everything is on your doorstep. It was a beautiful stay. In maybe the hottest city in Europe, a fridge should be standard in every room.

The hotel is the perfect location for exploring the best parts of Seville. The view from the rooftop bar & pool is fabulous. The hotel was super clean. The staff were lovely and most helpful.

I didn’t like the fact that we didn’t have a window in our room.

Beautiful rooms, clean and spacious. It was a great location and close to the old town. We loved the roof top pool - it was smaller than we expected but perfect to cool down after a hot day exploring Seville. The bar also served loved snacks for lunchtime.

The only negative is there was No Bar fridge in the room which otherwise would have made this a perfect stay.

The pool is really appreciated in the hot summer days . But water was dirty and the walls in the pool needed a little scrub .

Pleasant surprise , excellent quality price . Rooms are super clean beds are comfortable.Walking distance to major attractions. Staff was excellent. The view at the rooftop patio was beautiful and the cocktails fantastic.

We upgraded to a room with a view but we’re not given one. I found the hallway carpet had a peculiar odour which wasn’t pleasant . The bathroom extremely small and a bathtub/shower that was a bit dangerous to climb in . The air con kept turning off and on through the night !
