We booked 10 beds room , but ended up staying in only 4 beds room. Location is great , facilities are good.Very close to stations.

Limited reception hours of service. Shower was so powerful it come of the wall and soaked the entire bathroom floor.

Absolutely perfect. I spend time working remotely. Good wifi. Big and fully equipped kitchen. Best i ever seen. The manager is super nice and kind. Shoer and toilet were inside my room (1 shower 1 toilet) and also available outside room. Big roomi common area. Perfect.

The guy at reception was incredibly friendly and willing to communicate. This was a stark contrast to all other service workers we encountered in the city. Amazing guy, needs a raise!

The place can get a little noisy when all the rooms around you are full, but not to the point that you can't sleep or anything.

The staff was exceptionally hospitable and helpful. Check in and out were very flexible, and the host answered my questions thoroughly ad openly. The place was very clean, both in the public spaces and in the bedroom. Super close to the train station and great value for the little money you pay. I also really liked that the hotel provided me with a special card to get a discount at a restaurant nearby for every meal of the day.

There was a long delay in answering my email question which impacted my decisions. If timing is critical and you haven’t heard back, perhaps ring. A few wheels fell off plans for me at this time which was at the change of season. However everyone was really helpful in finding reasonable solutions.

This is a very comfortable, spacious and well equipped albergue next to the river in a convenient and scenic location. It was wonderfully quiet when I was there.

leave things in fridges at your peril. we were only there for approx 14 hours and someone took half of what we had put in the fridge. Not the properties fault, just greedy people. Disappointed in humanity!

Avoid this hotel. We arrived to hotel with confirmed booking but one of staff members (reception was closed) told us they are fully booked. We spoke with someone by phone about our reservation but she said it was some issues with reservations made on booking.com. She also said that she will call me back but must contact booking.com first. No-one contact us later and we stayed (me, my wife and two kids)without any information and help after 10hrs drive from Malaga on our way to Dieppe (another 12hrs drive). What a nightmare.

The noise, we like to go to bed early and you can hear the conversations from the rooms beside yous or the common area below until 11 pm, which makes our rest more difficult.

Great place to stay with large family, very clean and the facilities were great to cook dinner every evening after skiing. 10 min from candanchu and Astun. And very friendly staff.great value for money.
