Key pickup instructions were totally wrong. I was lucky to run into another renter who told me where I might find the key. No wifi although it was advertised. Refrigerator had a funny smell

It was very confusing, the directions mentioned a mail box but did not specify that the mailbox was in a different building down the street. I had to email back and forth several times to get the location correct. Also, it was about 2-3 km off the Camino, we had to walk aways to get back on the route

Bed very hard and uncomfortable. Exterior building door did not lock. Initial access was challenging. Message received for access included blue link on black background: hard to read. Property contact did not want to communicate through Booking.com but, via personal email:should have been via Booking.com. Food was very hard to find and limited in Granon: would be nice to know in advance.

No reception. We didn’t upload passport info until we arrived at property, which then took time and had to wait for lots of emails back and forth. This took for ever and after a long walk very frustrating. The keys were located at another property over the road, lots of codes and boxes etc which adds to your frustration of navigating around. The property was noisy at night.! If you are doing the Camino then you will need to be prepared for this before hand which we were not. Once in the property we were happy with facilities.

It was a scavenger hunt trying to figure out how to get in. Part of it was language barrier but no markings like Entrada or Office anywhere. Had to go to a different building for keys

While the apartment itself was clean, the receiving area after the main entrance door could have used some sweeping.

The apartment was quite big, plenty of beds and we were able to do so much needed laundry. The keys pickup is in a building nearby. The instructions were sent via Whatsapp and were very clear. No issues at all.

Shower mount was broken so you had to hold the shower head. No coffee. Slightly outside of the main section of town.

Great space, expansive and comfortable beds. Nice shower. Full kitchen and laundry. Relatively close to town. Host met us and walked us over. Adjustable thermostat to stay warm and comfy.

The only thing I did not like was that they use highly fragranced laundry detergent, and I could not sleep in the sheets or use the towels. We both had to strip the beds and use our sleeping bags and our own towels because the fragrance gave us a migraine. I didn’t even sleep in the bed because it was so fragranced. I slept on a leather couch. I wish they would use fragrance free, laundry detergent in these hotels and apartments because so many people are allergic these days. But otherwise it was a beautiful place and I would stay there again.

The property was very convenient. It was clean. It was large and comfortable. The price was good. Customer service was excellent and it was very close to the Camino Santiago. It was actually on the other side of town, but there was a different road going in that made it easy, the old Camino Santiago Road.

There was a slight mixup with our reservation but the owner quickly resolved it. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The manager is pretty dependent on automation and I failed to answer her requests for my passport and other information prior to my arrival, needless to say, she wasn’t happy and pointed that out. After walking 25km/day, one is tired and I just needed support and a bed.
