Noise from other rooms mainly bathroom plumbing noise. (toilet , showers etc)

Hotel is basic but in good order and breakfast was good. Our room was quiet apart from the noise from the plumbing in other rooms but as it was out of season we weren't disturbed too much

No mirror in bedroom. Very noisy street if window was open but ok if window and shutters were closed, no tea/coffee/kettle

The hotel was extremely clean and very comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent. The location was excellent. The staff were outstanding and so kind and helpful. I would be happy to stay there again.

Nothing about the hotel, only problem is parking but it is August we did find parking but not close to the hotel, had we booked sooner then we could have had parking at the hotel.

Hotel is basic but in a nice way, its 3 star very clean room and quite, nice, staff very friendly, it has a nice clean open air pool,

The property was well situated. Excellent facilities and amenities. Pool and parking were extra bonus. We would highly recommend the hotel

They could consider in the pool area some way of blocking the ever present wind. I'm sure the wind is much needed in higher temperatures but at 23° a little shelter would be nice.

Easy access to the beach. Breakfast is good value for money. This is a very good budget hotel and exceeded expectations.

We stayed here for two nights the beginning of June so the pool water was pretty cold which didn’t bother us but its not warm if thats what people are looking for. The way the hotel is positioned it blocks the sun shining on the whole pool so its mostly shaded until 3pm but the pool is open till 9pm. These are things out with the hotels control and it didn’t affect our stay anyway.

Our Hotel rooms were very clean and the hotel itself is really close to beach and restaurants etc. Lots of free parking located around the hotel. The Pool was easy to access with enough sun beds for all my family. (5 of us) but we were the only ones at the pool. No other guests used it while we were there. The staff were friendly and helpful at check in. The cleaning staff left little teddy bears made of face cloths for my girls after cleaning the room which I thought was a nice touch. Would recommend this hotel to people looking for a nice base while holidaying in gandia.

Actually everything was just fine.

Breakfast was good and choices enogh to pick favorites to your own plate. As the hotel is cosy and small enough you are treated as a royal. The staff is brilliant, loved them.

When we flushed the toilet it was like a geyser going off, very powerful and also very noisy, we could hear plumbing noise from other rooms, that is OK during the day, but the room next to us seemed to use the flush several times overnight!

The location in the coastal resort of Grau was perfect for us, in late September parking was easy, everything we needed was closeby. The pool looked lovely even though we didn't go in it this time. Room great, we even had a fridge and a clothes line over the bath. Luckily we like a firm bed. WiFi good.

Parking not easy so recommend you book with hotel.

Great location, 5 mins to the beach, local bars and restaurants. Very clean but best of all were the very helpful and friendly staff. We will visit again.
