Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe other reviews are spot on, the rooms are very dated (especially the bathroom) and you don’t get hairdryers in the room for example. Also you can definitely hear the other rooms (but I was too tired to notice).

The reception staff were very helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated the air conditioning during the heatwave. The location was excellent, and the shower had great water pressure.

Italy- there were few charging outlets in the room - the light bulbs were stronger than usual - the external sound was not totally filtered by the walls (probably the walls were too thin)
- the location was perfect to reach the port, the sea and all the main historical buildings and museums in a few minutes walk - the staff was very friendly and helpful - the room was large and clean

United KingdomThe walls were very thin and you could even hear the people next door talking. On the second night the people next door arrived in the early hours with a crying baby which woke us up because of the thin walls.
Location was great with plenty of restaurants near by and close to the harbour. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was great and because of the high temperatures during our stay was very much appreciated.
