The front room had no AC, so one of my kids was boiling when he slept. The dining tablecloth was dirty and had food on it.

Location was right off the main strip which was great for eating spots!

Very nice apartment, parking and location are perfect. Easy to find the place and park the car, because we received very good instruction. The apartment was clean and comfortable. There is a supermarket and shops near to it. I recommend it.

This apartment is ideally located, just a short walk to the bridge and nearby restaurants. The beds are comfortable, and both the restrooms and bedrooms have been beautifully renovated, offering a modern and clean space. The apartment itself was spotless, making for a very comfortable stay. The heating was excellent, which was a real plus since it was cold and rainy during our stay. Parking is available for a fee, which was also very convenient.

Think if the washing machine was put in the kitchen as there is plenty of room another shower could be put back in. This will bring more clients in. Apart from that the place was perfect

I had to pay for the parking but it was secure garage under the building.

The host explained very well with images. It was easy to understand how to get there. There was a lift inside the building and the apartment was spacious! It was shame that I only stayed one night. Everything you might need or want to see, will be in walk distance.!

Very good position for getting around. Was well equipped even for longer stays. Parking underneath was a big bonus. Would stay there again.

It was raining and chilly on our visit and we needed to turn on the heat. The batteries were low on the remotes and it was difficult to read the screen to see the settings. But we were able to warm up regardless.

Great location with an underground parking spot. The spot is very tight (as expected) but very convenient. Spacious apartment with good WiFi and TV. Bed was very comfy (we only used the large bedroom)

Garage key was slightly stiff but we got it to work OK.

Our host was proactive in communicating with us. Even though he had sent full check in instructions, he was happy to come out and hand over the keys, helped us park our motorbikes etc. Lots of tips sent on Ronda's attractions.

Some of the facilities were either broken or not working very well. For example, some of the utensils were broken, the iron leaked water so couldn't use it and the kettle had quite a bit of limescale. One of the beds wasn't fully made up so we did have to move some of the sheets etc around. However, these were small things when considering the price/location etc!

We were very grateful to book this apartment last minute after our original booking was cancelled on the day due to a water leak. Overall , we were very pleased with our stay here. The apartment was very good value for money and the location was perfect. We were also extremely happy to have the free parking spot. The owner was very communicative and friendly, with lots of tips for restaurants and activities around the local area. Check in was very straightforward and flexible.

A lovely apartment with an underground parking space! 3 air conditioners - in 2 bedrooms and a living room - were greatly appreciated! Very convenient central location. We had a great sleep there - comfy beds, no noise! The owner very helpful with advice and recommendations!
