Very good stay at the venue, breakfast was well above average and the pool was clean and well maintained. Staff were all excellent and friendly & accommodated us and made us feel very welcome.

FranceRoom was noisy with walls thin, we could hear our neighboors and the slamming doors / party people putting loud music. It's a shame that there was no coffee machine in the room. Would have also made our stay more pleasant so we could chill with coffee on our balcony.

They use a lot of cooking oil(bad flavor), make the food oily and miss the taste, my only complain as they offer half pension to have meals there, should be at least same standard as the rest of the services. *busy area for people partying , so weekends the rooms are noisy/loud music/drinks…

United KingdomFriendly welcoming staff, arrived after midnight and as had half board they had a plate of food waiting for me. Good options with the breakfast and dinners. Good location, within 10 minutes walk you have the beach and an array of bars and restaurants. Room was reasonable size with good size balcony, extra bedding in the wardrobe. Bus from airport drops you at the door, to get bus to airport, the stop is 2/3 minutes walk around the corner

United KingdomThe only thing I would suggest is getting net curtains on the windows as we were overlooked by an apartment block and had to keep the curtains closed when in the room. Could have done with a kettle on there room too.
The staff were all lovely and helpful, breakfast was good, all fresh food and lots to choose from. The spa is wonderful and very reasonable for the 2 hours for the price. Having a fridge in the room was a bonus.

United KingdomThe soundproofing is quite poor, you can hear people in the hallway + in the rooms next door (our neighbours kept speaking very loudly late at night, I had to ask the reception to get involved). The aircon is not super strong, it is a HVAC system built into the rooms with the vent being in between the bedroom and room entrance/bathroom. We did not feel much difference between the outside / inside when the aircon was on the coldest and highest fan setting. It was a nice temperature overall once you acclimate to it. The TV in the room is a bit dated and I needed to reset it to have access to the local channels. Smart TVs in all the rooms would be appreciated. The bed were quite firm, a range of pillows would've been nice (only had soft microfibre ones). Some renovation/upgrading work is definitely needed to improve these issues for a 4* hotel. When we arrived on our first night, there was an overbooking issue and we were given the choice between the room we booked for our full stay, or if we accepted to stay in a different room for one night and the rest of the stay in the room booked. Compensation was dinner included for our stay (we only had booked breakfast) and spa access. Not a big issue for us as we didn't mind too much but maybe a lack of organisation between booking systems. The 'emergency' room we were given for the first night was on the top floor (13th) and had a sea view, right behind the hotel sign. It was smaller than the normal rooms and did not have a fridge, but there was still a good aircon unit and a smart tv. We even had access to the roof terrace which was beautiful at sunset time. The only downside the 'emergency' room was that it's located right next to the lift / elevator room which makes some clicking and mechanical noise every time the lifts are in use. At night it wasn't such a big problem as there was less traffic, but can be disturbing for light sleepers.
The rooms are very spacious and very clean. There's daily cleaning between 10am and 1pm. The staff is very nice and always helpful. The buffet breakfast had a nice range to choose from, with hot and cold food. The dinner buffet was good, varied every night. The hotel is located 5 mins walk up hill from the beach (Playa de S'Arenal) We did not use the spa facilities or the pool but it looked pretty decent.

I Liked everything . As a clean freak the hotel is very cleaned and very good maintained every day , the towels are changed everyday. The location is very good 20 min drive to Palma and near good and viral beaches , I highly recommend renting a car (TopGearMobility).The parking near the hotel is so easy you have parking at the two sides of the main road of the hotel and two big parkings a little bit further without paying anything.The breakfast was very very good ,a nice various buffet .The staff is really helpful and really friendly , the two elevators work perfectlly.I highly reccomend this hotel!

NetherlandsI really enjoyed the stay, the stay is very friendly especially the male receptionists, always have a smile on their faces and are very welcoming. There is more than enough space in the lobby, bar area and pool, and there was a life guard present! The spa is also lovely and €10 for 2 hour for the facilities, and ofcourse you can add extra such as a massage. The hotel rooms are fine, airco works great, however a friend did accounter a bug/cocroach, but I nothing to cry about. Overall a lovely hotel, easily accessible, hotel quickly books you a taxi, and affordable spa, breakfast and dinner buffet (breakfast is breakfast unfortunately did not try to dinner) it also has restaurant jardin torreo near by and the staff and food is lovely, highly recommend the paella and salmon!
