The mini bar was switched off and empty. Some of the toiletries that the hotel offered were missing.

Liked everything.

The location on the main square, we had a wonderful view from the window. Clean, comfortable rooms. Enjoyed the Thermal Circuit in the Spa. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choices and great bar.

The decor seemed a bit in decay. Lighting in the room did seem to make much sense. The sweet section of breakfast did not seem to be fresh.

I was confused by the one way streets trying to find the parking.

The hotel was popular with the locals and their children could play outside in the plaza. The room was huge with an impressive stone wall. There was a shop and many restaurants close by.

Well, they charge you for everything, don't forget the flip flops, hat and swimming costume if not they can sell it to you, but it's a bit of a rip-off.

Room was comfortable. The hotel is clean and pleasant. The spa area was quite nice, they have several pools, saunas and everything you would expect. The place is nice and you can dine on pintxos and good wine.

A beautiful hotel right in the middle of Orduna. In the evening the locals come out on the square and the place comes alive. Very friendly staff who helped us by allowing our bicycles to be stored inside. Large corridors to the rooms and inviting communal areas. Well appointed large bedrooms that were well kept.

The room had a strange smell. The WiFi was slow or did not work at all. The fridge was not cleaned out after the previous occupier.

The spa was nice but a bit tired. It just needed better cleaning (patches of mould on the side of the pool) and the ceiling paint was flaking so it needed redone.

It was a very relaxed hotel and interesting to sit outside and watch the life of the town.

Although the spa was good and the staff were really helpful it could have been a bit better looked after, there was mould around the poll edeges and paint flaking from some areas of the ceiling. Also there were 2 dirty towels left in our bedroom when we checked in, and a mouldy avocado in my daughters room.

The hotel was very relaxed and the staff were helpful. The spa was really relaxing and the town was interesting, a great picture of Spanish life.

Unfortunately, the infrastructure was a little tired even though the rebuilding is only 20 years old. It was just not as integrated as most renovated properties we’ve been in, in Spain. The sinks were beautiful but the faucets were plastic and loose. That sort of thing.

The structure itself is impressive. The windows opened up on the plaza which was very pretty. The staff was great and the gym was one of the best hotel gyms I have used.
