We liked the remoteness, calmness and naturalness of the property. The breakfast was very tasty, they used produce grown within the grounds. Chema was very welcoming and accommodating (and so was the dog!).

The property was perfect, in a beautiful tranquil setting, and immaculate. The staff were so welcoming and attentive to every detail. We found ourselves without a car for a few days and Chema and his mum, went above and beyond, to help out. We felt so relaxed and at home here, and we will definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay at this hidden gem in the heart of Mallorca. The traditional Mallorcan stone buildings are full of character, and the peaceful setting with views of the Tramuntana Mountains is simply magical. Everything was spotless, and the free Wi-Fi and private parking were much appreciated. The outdoor pool and various sun terraces were ideal spots to relax and take in the tranquility. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the hospitality of the staff. Pilar, the lovely owner, was a ray of sunshine every morning, preparing delicious, home-cooked breakfasts that were both hearty and authentic. Her warmth and kindness made us feel completely at home. Her son, Chema, was equally fantastic — always available with a smile and excellent tips on local attractions, hiking trails, and where to eat in nearby Inca or Sineu. The location is ideal for exploring the island — tucked away enough to feel like a retreat, but only a 10-minute drive from charming towns and just 30 minutes from Palma. If you’re looking for genuine Mallorcan hospitality, peaceful countryside, and a beautiful, family-run agroturismo, Ses Illes is the place for you. We can't wait to return!

I might point out just the cleaness in the start in the bathroom. But everything else was very good.

The place is very good for families with children, beautiful environment with a lot of space and few animals. We feed animals every day in the morning and it was nice experience. The owner and also the manager was very helpful, he recommended a lot of places around, which we really like it and you find there mostly the locals, which is bonus.

Really beautiful old farmhouse on the outskirts of Costitx and Inca. Lovely swimming pool and really well converted, spacious rooms.

Perfect spot to relax, and ideal location to visit the island (car is needed). Chema and Pilar take great care of the guests: amazing breakfast in the courtyard, dedicated wifi for the pool area, beach umbrellas available to borrow... it can't get better than this! I will be back next time I'm in Mallorca.

I have stayed at many hotels on this beautiful island over the last 20 years and have never experienced such 5 star service as I have had here. Chema is amazing. A superb host. His English is perfect too. I chose this location as I wanted to explore gravel riding routes. It was great for this. The house is beautiful and the views are wonderful. I will definitely come back. Thank you for a perfect few days.

The property enjoys a great location, and Chema is a wonderful host. The room was large, and the pool was in good condition. Although we arrived without any plans, Chema assisted us in devising a week-long itinerary to explore the entire island. The coffee served at breakfast was delightful.

Our room was clean and comfortably furnished. Pilar and Jose were great hosts. Breakfast has something for everyone, coffee, bread, cheese, salami… service was great! We didn't have any swimming weather but it had a pool. It is located in a very quiet area, really good for relaxing but also pretty central on the island, so you can easily visit everything with the car.
