Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomThe town is small but has a couple of trendy restaurants, a shop, a vegetarian cafe restaurant and a traditional bar/restaurant. May need to travel beyond it. It is close to beaches if you want to change scenery.
Gorgeous farm Jouse in a quiet upmarket village, excellent alternative to mass tourism. Close to several beaches, can be reached by bus or 10 minute taxi ride, taxis are not expensive.

United KingdomStaying here is a bit like staying with very easy-going friends, it’s an old everything Can farmhouse and Farm where the family used to grow carob nuts and almonds. It’s a simple, natural and peaceful place, they are highly accommodating and I didn’t want to leave! It’s particularly good if you don’t want to hire a car as it’s five minutes walk from four lovely restaurants, as it is located just on the edge of a small village with a shi shi restaurant Giri Cafe, a Spanish place with amazing food and wine Bistro Mondo and a couple of other places. There is even a surprisingly well stocked supermarket which sells all sorts of wine, fresh produce, chocolate and nappies. This is a rather luxurious B&B with a very nice breakfast which really suited us as it was nice to go out to eat but also sometimes to just picnic at home. Only tiny thing, it might have been nice to have hooks on the doors/walls and a couple of plates in the room.

Far from the crowds of Ibiza, this low key but beautiful hotel was perfect! Exceptionally clean, gorgeous breakfast and chilled vibes, we loved the beer on tap at the honesty bar by the pool for early evening drinks! The little town is a 5 min walk and surprisingly good, the sunday market and live music was awesome. Giri cafe is a MUST for dinner, so special and beautiful. Makes an ideal base to explore northern beaches, highly recommend!

BelgiumSuper location. We had our own private outside place so we could relax in the evening. Nice swimming pool, very quiet. The breakfast was typical Ibiza breakfast: pan con tomate, some cheese and ham, eggs and fresh orange juice! Perfect to start the day. The owner was very helpfull and the room was cleaned every day.

United KingdomSome noise from the road, especially when having breakfast.
Friendly hosts, good location just off the main road so easy to find and only a few minutes walk into the village along a lit pavement. Big room with huge terrace overlooking the garden and pool.

United KingdomAll perfect for us!
Amazing place for a relaxing long weekend in the lovely 'quiet end' North Ibiza. Came with my partner and newborn (first international trip for our then 4 month old!) and had a lovely time staying at Agroturismo. The traditional Spanish Breakfast was a highlight, and the staff could not have been more helpful.

United KingdomThe only downside really is that there aren’t many lower budget restaurants within walking distance but as you can pre-book dinner at Can Fuster this wasn’t really a huge issue. The supermarket in the village is very special and the fresh bread, pastries and pizzas were great for picnics and lunches
Can Fuster is an absolute gem of a place! Comfortable, homely, fabulous breakfasts on the terrace every morning, wonderful hosts, fab pool and gardens, cute cats, and a really pretty village a few minutes walk away. We loved our stay!

United KingdomThe only thing we would say is that there should be signs saying there is an honesty bar and to help yourself - we kind of just guessed it was, but some people might be a little too shy :) also, we arrived in the dark and couldn’t find the entrance/front door so perhaps a little sign pointing to the main front door - certainly not any real negatives though!
We absolutely loved our 4 night stay at Can Fuster. Our room was beautiful and very big (room 1), and had a little balcony overlooking the courtyard. The breakfast was amazing, and the service was exceptional. We had the pool to ourselves each day - the location is so peaceful. It is on the edge of the village so perfect to stroll for dinner and drinks (we went to Giri Cafe multiple times, as well as Bistro Mondo that had just opened, and the other little bar in the village). It is a sleepy village but just enough. We would highly recommend Can Fuster

United KingdomBathrooms could be newer and shower better but they are ok.
A rustic and laid back hotel with welcoming and helpful staff. We enjoyed the access into the hills by foot and felt close enough to some the quieter beaches of the island. The bedroom was a good size, the bathroom was a little tired but didn’t dent our enjoyment overall.
