Every member of staff is delightful and incredibly helpful! A huge thank you to Amaka and Maika for making our stay so wonderful & Amaka’s incredible paella cooking demonstration - learnt so much & so delicious! Pool is fantastic and the view of the Tramuntana mountains is incredible. Oh, and a lovely breakfast too! It was our first trip but they seem to have a lot of repeat visitors, we will be one of them too I hope!

We had a FANTASTIC STAY! We couldn't have asked for more. Maika, who works at front of house, was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Amaka, the chef, was lovely (we had a great night at tapas night). Our room was delightful and the pool was amazing. It is a really beautiful place - amazing gardens - so clean and so, so peaceful.

Son Pons is in a beautiful location for whoever loves peace, quiet and a breathtaking view of he mountains. It’s a small hotel, which we loved. Everybody is very friendly and helpful. Both breakfast and dinner were amazing.

This is a suggestion not a criticism - it would be good if the menu varied slightly across the week. It's the reason we didn't eat at the hotel more often.

The pool area and grounds are beautifully kept in this small finca style hotel which has a slightly old fashioned family feel. It is completely tranquil, with countryside around it, the main noise is the birdsong. As a small hotel dinner is cooked to order with fresh ingredients so guests have to pre order. There is a small lunch menu which can be served in the courtyard or by the pool. Pollensa and beaches are a 20 minute drive away. Hotel staff were very helpful with restaurant suggestions.

For our family it was the perfect place to stay in Mallorca! We stayed at three different places and this was the best of them all. The location was so good, getting to mountains and to the sea. Very quiet and beautiful atmosphere to relax and enjoy the holiday. Rooms were very nice and clean and our room was in the best place, beside swimming pool. It was ideal staying with children. Breakfast was very good. And dinner was so tasty. Thank you for the lovely lady, who was cooking and serving it. So good experience was the paella night, best paella we have ever eaten. If we ever come to Mallorca again, Son Pons will be definitely the place we would like to stay!

Not something we didn't like but worth pointing out no one on reception first thing if you are checking out early. It wasn't a problem. We paid when we got home no one was worried. We should probably have mentioned it as it would have been handy to have had some breakfast before we left too and breakfast didn't open until 8.30 am by which time we'd left. Hope this is helpful it's not meant to be a criticism. A kettle in the room with tea and coffee making facilities would have been good as there weren't a huge number of staff to make teas and coffee - they were very busy. They were happy to do so when asked. Or make the downstairs coffee machine available beyond breakfast time maybe.

We had room 2 which was particularly nice. I would ask for this one again. The location was great for us as it was near where friends lived. I'd definitely recommend hiring a car to get around from this location. Central for visiting across the island. 20 mins to coast easy drive. Breakfast was good and dinner good and reasonably priced. Very pretty finca. Very quiet.

Nothing major. I would have appreciated a water refill station (too many plastic bottles). Note that room 4 is above the kitchen/restaurant, so smell and sound travels up if windows are open. Also note that à la carte dinner is only available on 4 nights per week, 1 night is paella night, 2 nights the restaurant is closed, but many good restaurant suggestions were provided.

Super friendly, helpful and approachable staff, delicious food, beautiful bright and spacious room, strong shower, very clean and comfortable property. Loved the terrace with chairs, table and sunbeds. Great location amidst olive and citrus trees and grazing sheep. Nearby towns best reachable with bike or car. E-Bike rental was a good call and went smoothly with the suggested company. Will definitely consider returning when I’m looking to destress and enjoy the beautiful Majorcan countryside.

The location is superb, in the countryside yet close to Palma and other towns and amenities. It is a very beautiful agroturisme hotel and very tranquil and peaceful. Our room was fabulous, spacious and totally clean and with a large private terrace overlooking fields and mountains. Breakfast was very extensive and taken out on the large back terrace overlooking the countryside. The food at Breakfast , lunch and dinner was excellent and the hotel staff were friendly, welcoming and extremely accomadating, we can't wait to return and can't recommend highly enough.

The shower seemed like it hadn't been used in a while: most of the holes in the shower head were blocked, the water smelled odd when it came out, and the hot water took a very long time to arrive. The dinner quality was ok, the dinner staff were lovely as was the setting, however the presentation and the food itself wasn't quite up to our expectations based on the price.

The location was fantastic and a very peaceful country setting. It felt remote and quiet, which is exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely recommend to friends!

We did find out spa bath took a very long time to run to fill it up, not sure if it was faulty and we didn’t bring it up to reception but that was the one small fault.

It was so peaceful and just such a stunning setting to be in. The room was super spacious and gorgeous. A perfect place to just switch off and relax. The breakfast served daily was delicious and a great selection. The staff were so lovely and accommodating. We did the Paella cooking class which I highly recommend, the chef was great fun and full of knowledge. The staff did everything they could to help, highly recommended- must have use of a car to stay here.

Overall I thought it was a bit overpriced but that didn't stop me from enjoying my stay!

The property and setting is absolutely beautiful - it's tranquil, has a lovely pool and is surrounded by fields with sheep, so perfect for relaxing. Having a private terrace (or balcony) looking out onto nature really makes it a great spot to calm down! There's a restaurant where you can pre-order dinners on most days (apart from Thursdays and Sundays) which is quite pricey but very good quality. The breakfast is okay, serving all the basics but nothing special (apart from prosecco which is a nice addition ;) ). The location is good to explore the island, but most places are ca. 20-45min drive away.

Breakfast was exactly the same from day to day and the choice was limited - fruit for example could have been rotated with different choices - however when something hot ran out they made more fresh. Dinner was ordinary and the site has fresh lemons and various fruits on the trees and so we were surprised that fresh herbs for example were not used. Curry was excellent! Charged for water from the fridge was unexpected - I believe it was suggested bottled water should be consumed - in that case this would normally have had no charge.

The willingness of the staff - they were all really lovely. Beds were comfy.
