Wi-fi not do good, no fridge in the rooms. Could not get fried eggs for breakfast, I wonder why..

Location close to San Sebastián with good road access. The staff is very friendly, rooms are clean. Breakfast tasty, lots of sweets.

We were on the second floor and couldn't cool the room down as the air conditioning only went to 23. We asked then to check it but it but no change.

Very clean, king size bed, good breakfast, owner very helpful. The cider house restaurant which is attached to the hotel was amazing.

The restaurant next door (the main reason for using this hotel)was closed due to a lack of staff. We were on motorcycles but managed to get a taxi to the next town.

Hotel room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was really good and the staff friendly and attentive. Parking great for Motorcycles.

Nothing, really. The only disappointment was that the restaurant was not open on the evenings that we were there, as the reviews were very good, We had to go to Ursibil for food, but it is not very far.

Helpful staff, who went out of their way to give us the same room when we asked for an extra night at very short notice.

They told us we can go to the restaurant (part of the hotel) and have dinner till 00:00. We went at 22:00 and they told us the kitchen was closed . Misunderstanding that cost us the dinner.

Signposting for parking and how to get to the hotel from the parking could be clearer. Once parked it took a bit of time to find the reception, and we changed parking so we didn't have to drag our luggage up the hill or the stairs.

The room was spacious with a nice view. Facilities were a reasonable standard. The price was cheaper than nearer the coast.

Nothing….but it’s a hotel that is a little bit “off the beaten track” so that realistically, you would need a hired car to reach.

Lovely hotel in a picturesque area, great value for money with friendly & helpful staff….rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds & nice en-suite space…easy & convenient online check in process….tasty continental breakfast provided in a pleasant dining area off the main reception.

We had a vehicle and had no problem exploring the area from the hotel. Even though there is a local bus available, it’s not ideal without a car.

This was a wonderful place to stay to explore the Basque region as well as the surrounding area. We had a very clean room with a balcony and a fantastic Mountain view. The manager and staff were very friendly, pleasant and always providing tips and insights on local travel. We would stay again.

Evening meal poor. Only reason we came to this hotel because the restaurant below was top class,. Restaurant was closed and the food offered in the hotel itself was awful. I ordered pork cheeks two arrived on the plate with some gravy nothing else no chips no garnicpsh no salad no vegitables and it was just Luke warm, my partner ordered a sea food spaghetti also Luke warm no taste to it and had to search hard to find any seafood. Eventually found 3 mussels and a shrimp . This was a substitute for sea food carbonara which was no longer available, i

Be aware, as with a lot of places in Spain, there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Staff could not have been more welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and a good size. The little balcony was a nice bonus. The attached brewery and restaurant were closed the day we stayed. However, the hotel now has a limited evening menu. The stuffed peppers were delicious, and the newly added pizza option was excellent. Breakfast was a cold buffet, with toast available if required. Freshly squeezed orange juice was a nice touch. There is a small vending machine in the foyer for snacks. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

AC was not strong enough, but sleeping with open balcony solved the issue.

1. Very far from everything,be careful you need a car to everywhere and there is no choice of restaurant. 2. There is no egg in breakfast . 3. No trash bin 🗑️ in the room ,no shampooing in the bath room 4. No fridge in the room 5. You can hear other people in their room quite clearly.

No bath in room and there was music playing all night for both of the nights we stayed. It was some distance away but was enough to disturb sleep.

The rooms very extremely comfortable, neat and clean. Large bed, great shower and lovely big balcony with an awesome view. Excellent continental breakfast included in the mornings. The food at the restaurant was excellent! Staff were helpful.
