No staff apart from a cleaner in the afternoon. Quite noisy from the street with dogs barking and activity outside from 7 am or earlier. No tea or coffee making facilities in room. Fridge would have been useful

There was just a tiny sample of shampoo and shower gel, which we finished in the first day. We had to buy our own as we didn't meet no one our entire stay so we could ask for more.

I liked the room, was spacious, clean, the mattress was comfortable. The hotel has nice restaurants around, less touristic than the coast. We took the bus almost everyday to go to the beach, was ok, around 20 minutes. The hotel is close to the hiking path, so that was a bonus. We has also a car for few days, we found parking around the hotel.

The hotel works like an airbnb so its named as Plaza Hotel but ITs NOT HOTEL AT ALL!!!!. Its an apartment complex with rooms to sleep. No breakfast. No reception. No Maintenance etc. The entrance code was given was ABSOLUTELY WRONG! I made a video of it but can not upload . I had to figure out the right combination. The OWNER DID NOT APOLOGISED FOR THE WRONGLY GIVEN ENTRANCE CODE! WHAT A BAD JOKE. Imagine an old person who book here who can not figure out why the entrance code not working and trapped outside, no reception. The walls like paper you can clearly hear whats going on in the next room. I could even here the music and loud talk through the bathroom fan. Very bad tubing, insulation. The electric switcher box very close to the bed, not outside of the room. Fitted in a rubbish plasterboard box. IT WAS BUZZING ALL NIGHT LONG!!!! It was a massive WASTE OF MONEY!!! the cleaner lady did excellent job, very kind and changed the sheets, towels always time to time. Only advantage of this place the location. Parking nearby impossible. Only without car is a good option! The payment was not straight by booking.com booking procedure. I got a doggy untrusted link from owner for payement what my austrian bank refused of course. Later on in the last moment I had to ask an IBAN no to be able to Pay. 12 hrs before check in. There is not even an electric kettle on the room to make a tea. Another joke.

A little fridge would have been very useful.

Owner Denise so nice and helpful. Lovely quiet small hotel. Nice roof terrace too. Very clean. Comfy bed. Adeje town nice and quiet too and very accessible to the Titsa buses to get connections to other other towns.

The supply and range of toiletries was poor and should have been better considering the price for the room.

The location of the hotel is excellent, in the middle of Adeje, and we were able to have very nice breakfasts at two cafes beside the hotel. Denise suggested some very good restaurants for dinner.

Lovely renovated property but could be noisy at times from the adjacent bedroom and toilet.

Lovely peaceful town, some nice cafes for coffee and lunch. Had to rely on bus travel to get down to the coast.

Only small point, it's in town centre so there is some road noise. Didn't bother us at all but may do if you're a light sleeper.

Denise owns hotel and she is very welcoming and friendly. Hotel is super clean with lovely roof terrace .

Parking was a bit of a challenge a several streets were closed for Xmas decorations to be fitted

Denise is a fabulous host from the bubbles on arrival to booking a car rental for us, ordering us taxes when we wanted them and the breakfast was absolutely delicious!! The hotel is spotless, Denise has taken great care with the renovation of this lovely property - thank you Denise

Loverly tree lined road ,great cafe and bar next door,pizzeria opposite. Taxi 12 euro to costa adeje. Bus 1.45 euro to costa adeje,five minutes from hotel/apartment .

Maybe because it was weekend but there was no staff in the reception and not having kettle in the room.

The location,it was quite,it would have been perfect if the room had kettle inside.

Fantastic central location, easy access to the hotel even though it doesn’t have 24 hour reception (I was provided with door codes prior to arrival and had no issues on arrival accessing the hotel or the room) Staff I had contact with were very friendly and helpful. Felt really safe staying on my own here Lovely spacious, modern, clean and very comfortable room with a large terrace area.
