The room was very dark and bed was very loud. The bathroom was a little run down and looked a bit unclean - not major issues if you are out and about

The cleaning staff are really letting this hotel down so much. There was used chewing gum on the bunk bed shelves. The sheets were covered in stains when we entered the room . The dust on top of the wardrobe in duplex ground floor room was 2 inches thick. I was so saddened by this as the location is superb. The front desk staff are lovely. Unfortunately for the owners, your cleaning staff do not care about this hotel. They really need training in how to clean properly. Please bleach the toilet at least! If it was clean I would give 10 stars because it really has so much potential to be so much better if it was kept cleaner. The dirtiest hotel I've stayed in ever. Please wise up.

Great location near the old city centre. Air conditioned room. Contacted us after checkout to inform us we had left a watch in the room. Kept safe and secure until we returned to collect.

The floor needed to be cleaned everyday as it always felt sandy. Mattress was a little too hard.

Great central location. Fairly quiet. Staff were very kind, helpful and attentive. Room was ideal layout for our needs. Balcony was lovely bonus. Bathroom well equipped. Everything in the room worked well. When we said the air con upstairs was too warm they immediately fixed it.

A little maintenance needed, some peeling paint in a couple of spots. Beds felt a little hard but we actually slept great.

THE LADY IN THE RECEPTION WAS NOT TO FRIENDLY, NOT ENOUGH CONNECTIONS FOR CHARGERS AND FURNITURE TO PLACE MY STUFF. ALSO THE KEY WAS BOLKY AND HAD TO LIVE IT AT THE RECEPTION EVERY TIME I WENT OUT.

The walls are so thin and sound echoes badly. Every movement from the people next door, above or below sounds like the sky is falling in. Someone sliding a chair across the floor o getting out of bedn woke us up various times. Also missing basics like a hair dryer

Great location. Do close to the centre, but in a quiet street. The staff were also lovely. We booked a double room, but got a room with 2 double beds and 2 bathrooms on split levels. Not needed, but a nice surprise
