Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe staff at the restaurant do not speak English. It's not a deal breaker as they were nice to us anyway, plus if you really don't understand, you can ask help from reception which is just beside the restaurant. We managed to communicate as I was able to use Google translate. But I can imagine that some without access to Google translate might have a bit of difficulty.
We checked-in at 12mn and I like that the reception is open for 24 hours. We were starving by then but the receptionist got water and bread from the hotel restaurant (we did pay for it but at least we were able to eat!). The room is decent, and they clean it everyday.

SpainIt was impossible to sleep, as the air conditioning was not working. Also, the swimming pool was closed when we arrived at 20:30, even though it had to be open till 21:00. We couldn't swim there the next day either as it opens only at 12, which was the time of our departure. Apart from that we were told it is not included in the stay and needs to be paid separately.

United Kingdom43 degrees and the air con didn’t work in the room it was like an oven it was compact to say the least and l must have a dozen insect bites all over my partner has twice that if it wasn’t for the heat it would have been fine but faulty air con made for a very uncomfortable stay😔
