Parking 18€ per night I consider abusive in a city like Zaragoza and a place like where the hotel is placed. The around is not the most pleaseant thing.

Very basic hotel. Do not offer too much, not even a bottle of water. For one night only stop in Zaragoza is okey (certainly is not the most tourist friendly city at all...)

There were a repetitive strange noise from early morning, enough to wake up us during the sleep, most probably coming from pipes or something strange inside the building. The pillows could and should be much more comfortable. The check in process also slow

The access to the garage is not convenient

Simple yet provides everything you need; check out time is quite late, room is the right size for our family and our dog; pets are welcomed, price for the pet stay is more expensive than other hotels I stayed but they gave us a kit of water bowl, bag dispenser and a treat!

For the price and location was amazing fridge in room a massive plus. Bathroom was stunning. Room was amazing too. Comfortable and spacious for me my girlfriend and 3 year old daughter.

No kettle facilities in the room. Great free tea/coffee in the lobby but by the time you got to the room, the water was lukewarm.

We stayed here for one night passing through, heading back to the UK. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the motorways. Our double room was comfortable, clean with ample space for us and our 2 frenchies. We parked around the corner (which was free) and right next to the hotel, on the street. A very safe area with good walking routes for the dogs. Free tea and coffee machine located in the lobby which was accessible 24 hours a day. We received 2 dog packs at receptions which contained a treat each, a small push out water bowl and a poop bag holder, with bags - a really lovely touch we thought. Vending machine facilities with cold soft drinks, milk cartons, beers, snacks and treats are available to buy and located at reception. Comfortable beds with plenty of spare pillows, blankets and towels. Being able to open the window (wide) was a big plus for us as so many hotels don’t allow windows to open fully, if at all. The general area is very safe and very dog friendly - dogs everywhere! If your pooch is temperamental around other dogs, do be mindful of this. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations particularly for the price. We’d both recommend it to anyone either heading to or passing through Zaragoza.

Parking in the area is tricky and coming out of the hotel parking difficult. They could do something about the parking charges for people parking for several days.

This hotel is very unfriendly to non-spanish speakers! For example, customers can give up room cleaning service in exchange for free breakfast, but this is only advertised in spanish, and the reception never took the time to explain this to customers. The soundproof is terrible. It's very difficult to find parking place nearby and the garage is very expensive.

The evening check-in took more than 1/2 hour with insufficient reception person Ms.Jasmin. Thank god that there was not any other customer! Again it is unaccetable not to have at least one English news channel at the TV.

Better rooms than the B&B Madrid Airport hotel.
