Room was quite small, hotel could use a bit of refurbishment.

Location was optimal, close to the city center, key landmarks and tube. Breakfast starts at 9.30 on weekends, not ideal if in Madrid for work, but staff was very accommodating and served it at 7.30 anyway

the design is quite bizarre. The lights for instance are either all on or not on. There aren't any good charging points too.

i really liked having a coffeemaker and having a separate sitting area. very quiet street near the Gran Via. Easy access to tours to surrounding cities which depart from San Bernardo 7

Booking through a third party did not give us the two double beds that we needed but the manager was accommodating with a larger room

The lighting in the room was a little weird - especially the lighting above the sink. Overhead lighting when getting ready is never one you want 😂 but genuinely that was the only thing!

Location was great! 10 minute walk to the Main Street Gran Via. Room was nice and clean - quirky layout!

You still had to go through a few stairs to get to the elevator, and it was pretty old. The bathroom also smelled a little bit musty.

The "hot" water was barely warm at best and that goes for the shower and jacuzzi so we couldn't really enjoy either sadly

The hotel was in a perfect location, on a great street in the bohemian Malasana neighbourhood, with an abundance of quirky bars on your doorstep. The room was nicely laid out , and quite spacious; double superior.

great location, you can feel home totally, nice vibes all good they sorted out all my issue, the receptionist in the morning at my check out was something else, super prepared and welcome like all the hotel staff, during my stay everyone was helpfull at any request, and that's what made the difference

Room was a bit small, no closet space for the clothes or to store the bags . Wet bathroom is not planned well as it was flooding the floor after every shower and water was overflowing into the room.

The shower was a bit small but otherwise was a really nice place to stay , would definitely stay there again.

The location was great , near the centre and surrounded by lots of great places to eat . The staff were fantastic, very helpful and accommodating!

No hand shower in the bathroom so only water from the top shower (rainfall); shower cubicle was a bit cramped. There was a coffee maker but the quality wasn’t good- lots of sediments so we didn’t bother. The temperature setting of the air con didn’t seem to be working.

Cute little hotel. Not too far from shopping places. Lots of restaurants close by. Room was good-sized. Found the layout a bit weird. Bathroom first then the bedroom. Had water for drinking, which was appreciated. Had a lift although very old style (have to push the door to open) and it initially didn’t work from the ground floor. Good thing somebody came down so we could use it to go up. Appreciated storage for our Luggages. Nice classy lobby.
