Amazing place, amazing hosts and services! Absolutely lovely!

I loved everything! The house is a beautifully restored stone home, restored by Pedro himself. The property produces apples for cider and we’re in flower so very pretty. It’s so peaceful and serene. Olga has decorated it beautifully, cares for her guests like they are family and prepares both great breakfasts or an evening meal if the guest is a walker like me. The house is 150m from the Camino only. Both Olga and Pedro are two of the kindest people that you would want to meet. I’ll be going back!

I loved everything! The presentation of the property, my room was totally private and a great space to relax. Olga cooked dinner for me as well as a beautiful breakfast. The grounds are gorgeous and the view including a new salt pool. The hosts are the kindest most generous couple who work very hard to ensure that their guests have the best experience. I can’t express enough how wonderful this stay has been. It is only 150m from the Camino path. Well signed and easy to find.

Nothing. It was perfect.

Beautiful property, surrounded by an apple orchard, well maintained by Pedro, and lots of open space. Very quiet and pleasant. The hosts, Olga and Pedro, were fantastic, kind and made us feel at home, almost as we had known them forever. The house is perfect. Very clean, modern, and Olga goes above and beyond to make it look picture perfect. Awesome breakfast as well! And just for a few euros you can get some laundry done if you’ve been on the road for a while. This house is thus far the best one we’ve stayed in our long trip going around the Iberian peninsula. We highly recommend this property when you are planing a trip to Santiago de Compostela or the surrounding areas.

A beautiful spot just off the Camino route. The garden is a small paradise and we had a very peaceful stay. We enjoyed the tasty breakfast before heading out the next morning. Just lovely.

We stayed here during the last stage of the Camino de Santiago de Compostela so obviously a little weary. The owner went out of her way to make us welcome and gave us some true Spanish hospitality. Fresh bread, olives, jam on and local beer. The place is beautiful and the owner makes it very special.

The room is rather expencive- but it’s worth every euro!

Lovely refurbished old house with a good atmosphere and a huge garden with a saltwater swimmingpool. Olga and Pedro, the owners,were very serviceminded and nice people. They cooked a tasteful dinner for us, that even included toasted Chestnuts from the garden. A stay to remember!

Everything was perfect

The bedroom was perhaps on the small side, but cosy and comfortable nonetheless.

The hosts were lovely, so friendly, treated us as though we were family.. Lovely setting in the countryside, and great to eat a homecooked meal after a long day of walking on the camino.

There was nothing not to like!

The hostess ( we never caught her name) was very attentive--although she didn't speak English and although our Spanish was lacking she was so convivial that we all just arrived at understandings when we talked. The place was cozy, the pool refreshing, the digestivo after dinner was a welcome addition and the breakfast in the morning was one of the best we had on the Via de la Plata ( only a hotel in Salamanca beat it out in terms of variety, but that was a city hotel). We loved staying here and during our time on the VdlP we have stayed in albergues, rural houses, pensions, apartments, and hotels. Definitely in our top three favorite places on the Camino.

Olga and Pedro have the most amazing B&B : the rooms are very nice and clean, breakfast was super tasty and the swimming pool was the cherry on the cake. Hospitality clearly runs in their veins and we immediately felt at home … Despite the short distance to Santiago the rural environment is peaceful and quiet. A big thumbs up for this lovely couple for their beautiful and perfect B&B. Thank you for the superb stay.
