How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

A lot of school tours (expected being so close to port adventura) so the pool area can get overcrowded and loud at times. The entertainment schedule is hit or miss. Food options are very repetitive (same thing every day)
Nice hotel, about 15 minutes walk from main strip area / beach, big pool, plenty of sunbeds

Genuinely can’t fault this hotel!
Lovely and helpful staff. Excellent variety of buffet food. Everything you could want in all-inclusive package for a great price. Plenty sun loungers by pool. Entertainment each night. Extremely clean and well run.

Not able to get coffee before breakfast. There coffee in the hotel left a lot to be desired. Bedroom sound proofing poor.
Good selection of food. Staff in he main very helpfully. Car parking was not too expensive. Room size OK Everywhere was clean

The breakfast was quite standard for 4 stars. Plenty of options but ended up opting for breakfast out 4/7 days.
I was extremely happy with the cleanliness of the room & the cleanup of the room we received each day of our week long trip. We had a lovely pool view and the hotels location was superb for anywhere you could want to go. After reading some reviews I was very weary but we couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised.

Felt that the pool area could be cleaner nobody ensured that the empty cups and cans were put in bins and bins emptied we stayed in April off-season so this may not be the case in the high-season.
The Room was clean and comfortable, the housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The reception staff were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. This hotel is perfectly located for both the beach and port adventure. on a half-board basis there were loads of selections.

Very little to complain about
Stayed for RACC Rally and the hotel was perfect for that purpose. Better than Sol Daurada where we stayed for past 4 years. Early breakfast was a bonus and room, food and parking were better than expected.

large coach parties blocking the entrance to the restaurant, pushing past individual guests to go in as a group. Individual guested where ignored. Hotel didn’t organise this it was a free for all. Hotel should have organised two separate queues, one for individual guests one for large coach groups. This was a big failure and caused a lot of discontent. Also the large groups didn’t seem to have any supervision.

The buffet was always cold. Below the legal required temperature I'm guessing. Even when you get there the moment the buffet opens. The music they provide at the pool and in the restaurant is too loud and not at all appropriate for the general audience. Just one big speaker loudly blasting the most random, restless party music to an audience of, on average 55+.
The staff is very friendly at the pool bar. Reception is helpful. The evening entertainment was diverse and surprisingly good.

Everything is dated apart from the rooms. The pool is scruffy ,sunbeds are broken , umbrellas around the pool are cheap and flimsy It is never a 4 star hotel We even witnessed a fight between two adults out by the pool. It is supposed to be a family hotel.

Charged £200 on top of what booking final total was. Have receipt for proof. Noisy at night. Loud music from rooms , people getting in at 4/5am playing loud music and banging and shouting around. Awful experience
