Beautiful apartment, great location , we had everything we needed, the view was spectacular, everything was clean, beautiful park just around , old town just few minutes by walk, beach was nice also playground for kids was really nice 😊 we appreciated parking space in building 😊 high recommended, we will definetely come back 😊

We’ve had such luck finding this apartment, as all the reviews say, the perfect location, everything a stones throw away. I had elderly parents with me with limited walking distances so it was ideal. The plaza outside is quiet at night & beautiful oasis at top to cool down in. Paola has been very helpful & supportive, we felt really well looked after. Couldn’t recommend better!

Nothing we could think of. We were just happy to be on the 2d floor, and not on the 8th, when the big electrical blackout occured, and the elevators didn't work, among other things :) Thank you for also communicating directly to reassure us, and ask us if everything was alright, when this worrying and unusual event took place.

The appartment exceeded our expectations, very clean, modern, comfortable. excellent shower and bathrooms, and an amazing large balcony with a nice view on to the sea. we were in Marbella 4 nights from 27 to 30 of april, and although there were people on the plaza with all the wonderful statues of Salvador Dalì passing and strolling , it was very calm. I suppose in high season it will be more busy, but we liked being near to everything and in the town centre near the boulevard and old center. And when you close the balcony sliding doors, sound insulation is very good anyway. we didn't need the AC, so can't command on this. the pool on the roof with two jacuzzi's and 2 sauna's was very inviting, but although it was sunny and warm on our first day, it was windy, and we wanted to explore the town centre. the following days the weather was nice, but too overcast, so unfortunately we didn't use the pool, but the view is amazing also from the rooftop. Washer dryer, with tabs, detergent, everything very well stocked, also the kitchen utensils and glasses, plates, cuttlery, everything and more than you need, which is a real bonus, perfect. Communication via whatsapp and during arrival was very friendly and professional also. we recommand 100%.

Very little to complain about - the only issue was the pool area - no seating area up on the roof so couldn't use it to sunbathe etc.

Location was very central and right beside the beach. Lots of shopping and restaurants based so close to it. Apartment was very clean.

Location, decor and ambiance. I. Easy distance of shops bars and restaurants and only 5 mins from the old town. Great access to the beach and catamaran to Peurto Banus. Which is just a short 4 mile walk away.

The walls were very thin and there was a lot of noise from surrounding apartments. The swimming pool had been closed for many weeks due to drought but we weren’t informed.

Nothing to dislike all was perfect for us

Central location only a few minutes walk to the beach and old town ,restaurants and tapas bars all around us .It was sparkling clean and so spacious. Everything you could need was in the property from a fully equipped kitchen with a nespresso coffee machine and an abundance on glasses to enjoy a bottle of wine on the balcony. From the moment we arrived Paola was absolutely amazing and true professional at her job, she was on hand to help and advise for all our needs. We would not hesitate to return and in fact are looking at dates already.

The pool and the Jacuzzi are just seeing nice in the pictures but they weren’t really maintained. As the apartment sitting in the center you can hear noise all night (it’s isolated but still you can hear)

There was nothing to dislike as it was 10/10

The location was fantastic and the apartment was so spacious and it had everything you needed and the beds were very comfortable .Paola the property organizer was super/efficient/easy to get hold off and very pleasant to deal with.I would highly recommend this apartment to friends and family and I would stay there again without a doubt..thank you Paola for helping to make our holiday fabulous.

Best location in Marbella 🤩 close to old town and next to the promenade 🤩 Accommodation amazing, with the perfect view from balcony. All work properly. Car park it’s bonus and must be in Marbella 👍

Great location. Secure. Quiet. Large rooms and balcony with great view. Absolutely everything you would need is provided. Most of all, the apartment interior design materials and decoration are very modern and look superb. We especially liked the mood lighting and the big TV.
