Nothing, it's the reason I keep coming back.

Have been here lots of times, great staff, excellent location and lovely accommodation. They've recently upgraded their menu which is lovely, very tasty and creative. As a solo traveller I was made to feel very welcome and the staff in both the reception and the restaurant went that extra mile on the service front.

Pool area toilet was not good. Didn't have soap or hand-dryer. Breakfast could have had more types of fruit. The pillows in the room were uncomfortable, at night we could've used an extra blanket. Rooms are a bit small.

Breakfast was good, good meat selection and coffee and tea station were very good. Pool was great - clean, big, nice atmosphere around it. Room style was nice and very clean. AC worked very well. We generally liked the look and feel of the hotel - looked very tropical, we really liked all the plants, trees and flowers all around. The receptionists were very nice - in particular Rebecas was super friendly and helpful and even remembered our names even though we only stayed there for 1 night.

From time to time this becomes a wedding venue so you should avoid it during a wedding night. They did not have any beach towels for us.

Really relaxing pool atmosphere with beautiful grounds that are well maintained. Balinese beds are great to relax in. Good breakfast selection and an amazing location near daddy’s most popular beach bars and beach restaurants like Bibo, Tumbao and Tangana. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Really loved the 90's vibe, everything so charming, beautiful gardens and beautiful wooden furniture. Kind staff and for breakfast love having a coffee prepared by a person instead of a machine. 100% fun has kept the essence of what it means to relax in a simple laid back way. Also great to have a real key to our door instead of some electronic system. I can imagine that when it gets busy in the summer it can get noisy as the rooms in the patio are very close together but I guess that's part of the fun as well.

You should pay more attention to the bath amenities and rooms facilities. There are some details that makes the difference when you stay at properties with a price above the average in the area. That should upgrade the stay

The room definitely needed a bit of a clean (sheets had some dead bugs on them) and needed more than a couple of blankets (it was still chilly in Apr).

That we couldn't stay longer!

Everything! This place was fabulous. An oasis with gorgeous pool and accommodation and garden and restaurant! We could have moved in! I loved the one storey rooms - ours was a family suite with 2 bedrooms and a private terrace - fantastic. The location is also perfect. All staff brilliant and friendly.
