The position: if you're not a trained person you will struggle with all the ups and downs and all the stairs. Near the apartment there's lack of parking, so you can possibly end parking far from the structure.

Good place to move around Los Cristianos, 10 minutes away from the sea or the main streets.

Too many steps to negotiate when returning from a day out and about, although it was suggested that we take taxis.

Good location for the beach, walks along the coast and the bars and restaurants. Nice and quiet, especially around the pool. Lovely views.

Many steps to next shops, a bit far when you need to carry the groceries uphill. Sofa and chair in living room need updating. Could not use the TV. Inside doors and cabinets really need renovation. Windows need changing as soundproofing is not good and on weekends sound travels from midtown.

Hosts were super nice, even gave us late checkout due to change of flight. Plenty of linen and towels. The balcony and views are super nice and the apartment is good size for two people. Good bed and a washing machine. Common area neat and cleaned twice in one week. Did not try the pool but area seemed clean.

Walk to the apartment from beach is a little difficult but there are steps to take instead of walking up the hill which helps and makes it easier.

Good value for money, quiet and empty pool perfect to relax. Nice view from the balcony.

Too many steep steps down to the town centre and sea,not for anyone with mobility issues

Very well equipped apartment for 2/3 people, clean and tidy, comfortable bed,very good shower, the fan in the apartment and Santa meeting us and showing us everything in the apartment when we arrived 😀

The view of the beach was blocked by an ugly building. Lots of steps to the lower streets, okay if fit, as I am, but could be a problem with those less fit. The check out was 1100 hrs, the check out people arrived at the door before 1030hrs, I explained that I would be ready at 1100hrs, but the people remained out side in the corridor talking, as I was showering, not good practice, and made me feel uncomfortable. I had initially declined a second set of keys during check-in, I decided the next day that it was better to have a second set, In case of loss of one set, I was going to leave the second set with friends living nearby. I was told that I would be charged 30 euros to drop off the keys, I declined on principal, excessive charge, just for dropping off keys. The oven in the kitchen, was small and very noisy.

The very functional apartment offered everything you need for a holiday rental. There were enough towels (also for the beach) and the kitchen was well equipped and had a small oven. The apartment's sunny balcony has a great view over the city and you can enjoy both: mountain and sea view. The owners/managers of this apartment were very friendly and professional and it was super easy to contact them if there were any questions.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The check-in and check-out process was very easy, and the agent was friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back. P.S. Going up and down to the beach is like a super workout - guaranteed multiple times a day! 😂 Highly recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

There was about 130 steep steps up to the apartment from the town followed by steps hill you wouldn’t want to be any way unfit . It was awkward for carrying water or any shopping to apartment and required taxis home at night which weren’t two expensive . There was no air conditioning only a fan in the bedroom , we went in May so this wasn’t a massive issue with the heat but I can imagine a problem mid summer . We had a slight issue with ants in the kitchen also. The plumbing in bathroom was a bit dodgy and the toilet was very temperamental about flushing we were told upon entry.

It was clean and a good sized apartment for two. Apartments seemed to be privately owned mostly so we had to pool to ourselves most of time. Bed was comfortable and apartment complex felt very safe . There was a stunning view form the apartment plenty of towels provided also.

Be ready to walk a bit uphill to the property, but it will keep you fit during your vacation, so it was not a problem for us :)

Super friendly host, and lots of small touches in the apartment such as semi skimmed milk in the fridge and books to read. Lovely swimming pool, very quiet location. We were fine walking to and from the beach/ restaurants but it was quite steep. We got a taxi from the ferry port and it took about 10 mins and 11 euros.

Everything was great, excellent location, quiet, sensational view from the large balcony. The private pool was a bonus. Very well equipped kitchen with all you need, a large bedroom, very good bed mattress (I slepy like a baby). The welcome gift was very appreciated. Comunication with the owner was very good, he answered to all our question. There are some stairs to descend/ climb to/from the beach which for us was ok, we wanted to exercise a little. For sure when we will come again we will try to book the same place.
