    “Our room was huge, spotlessly clean and with a lovely balcony. The staff were extremely helpful and the parking was on a flat area. For a 2* hotel it was amazing. And we had the most wonderful view. The doors all opened with a code, not a plastic card that can lose its efficacy, and the code is your year of birth so you don’t forget it. SO many clever little touches. A really wonderful place to stay.”

    “I stayed in a studio apartment that was truly luxurious. It had a small kitchenette with everything needed to prepare simple meals, and a minibar with complimentary drinks (beer, cola, water), which was restocked daily. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was spotless with daily cleaning service. The hotel design is beautiful, and the atmosphere offers plenty of privacy. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. One small issue was the limited parking space — although I had a reservation, one day I couldn’t find a spot. The receptionist went above and beyond, offering her own garage space for the next day (!) and didn’t charge me for the missed day. I was absolutely delighted with my stay and will definitely return if I visit the Basque Country again. Big thanks to the reception team – you made my stay unforgettable!”
