“Great location in the mountains also easy to access other parts of the island by bus. This was my second time there. Camino is an alternative arts community where you can create, rest and heal surrounded by stunning nature and a lovely green valley. It's the place to slow down and reconnect with yourself and refocus on your goals on your terms, leaving behind all the noise of life. It's a place to practice stillness and live in the present.”
“Thanks to béa and the volunteers I had such a great Time in camino art house ! It is a wonderful place to enjoy nature, be creative and meet wonderful souls ! Also a lot of hikes to do around, well served by bus and you can enjoy delicious vegan food everyday 😋✨ can’t wait to come back ✨”
“I've never been to this hippie ish, family ish vibe place. Camino also has several caves. I stayed in one. Just perfect. You can stay using tents too. Pretty large space, you can take walks.
Two dogs Dublin and Coco. We've made good friendship. Walked along the trail day and night.
Volunteers there, so kind mis amigos. Told me about many hiking trails. Connected me to a guy in the southern part of the island. He has many caves. There I spent some nights and learned a lot too.
Pretty close to Vega de San Mateo. I walked there pretty often. Friday to Sunday, local market selling fruits and many things. To the highest peak of the island, Pico de Las Nieves, you can start walking from Camino.
You can rent a car from the airport and look around the island. Or just 1 minute walk from Camino, there is a bus station. To Las Palmas, many guaguas(buses). every 30 minutes. Even after midnight, 2am, 6am and so on.”
“This apparent was recommendation to me from local Canarian friend, now I would buy a wine for him for his recommendation
Big cozy apartment with beautiful mountain wiev, you will find everything you need there. Caring hosts even would left food for your breakfast”
“I loved the house. It is well equipped for cooking, and the dishes they have are so nice that they make our table look beautiful. The space is comfortable and spacious, and the kitchen is big. The outside patio has a big table. They also have a BBQ you can use to grill. The owner and her partner were super helpful and very nice. It is a great space if you want to escape the city and wake up surrounded by nature and the sound of birds. I had an amazing time with my family.”
