Honestly, there wasn’t anything I truly disliked during my stay — everything exceeded expectations. If I had to mention something, it would only be that my time there ended too soon!

Wifi not so good. Weak signal. Ok for mobile phone but laptop struggled.

Mohamad the owner was very helpful. Can assist with anything. Private secure courtyard. Washing machine. AC. Restaurants and small shop 20 m away. Close to tombs, temples and valley of the kings, hashepsuts temple. Ferry to the east bank is about 200 m away. The accommodation is 20m from the nile with Luxor temple visible on the other side.

A very sizeable home with a lot of love put into the courtyard forna.. Mohamed was a star, genuine and helpful beyond the call of duty.. felt complelty safe and was very peaceful day and night.. perfect location for restaurants and ferry. Lovely new promenade constructed by the Nile on west bank.. could not have been happier with my stay at Villa Diletta.

We booked through Mohamed a felucca ride but the price wasn’t set in advance and we ended up paying more than expected. It was however a nice experience

The location is really nice, around 5min walk from the public ferry. The place itself is a little paradise, we had a nice terrace for ourselves. The apartment is the best we ever had in Egypt, the bathroom is very clean. Mohamed gave us good advice and good prices for the Luxor tour by taxi (Valley of the Kings/Queens, temple). Fair price for the area

I am really thankful I stayed here because of the host Mohammed. He was really helpful from the beginning. He helped us with our trips a lot. He organised someone for a fair price in order to visit Valley of the Kings, Medinat Habu and the Hatshepsut Temple in one day. Furthermore, we told him we wanted to go from Luxor to Aswan by boat. We wanted to avoid to go on a cruise because of the price and also because we preferred something not so touristy. So he organised also for us to go to Aswan by sailboat (filucca). It took us two whole days (with one stop at Edfu temple) and one morning to arrive to Aswan. It was for us the best part of our trip because we shared these 3 days with 2 awesome Egyptian people, Ibrahim and Saber. They cooked for us, prepared the sailboat to make us feel comfortable, and most importantly, they shared with us his experiences and moments of their lives with us. They made everything to make us feel as if we were at home. It was very relaxing and richness being there. I enjoyed so much the company and the fact of being travelling on the Nile by a sailboat. The apartment was really beautiful and big. Also everything was very clean and we could even use the washing machine. Definitely, I would come back here if i come to Luxor again.

Mohamed has a lot of good tips and connections to get around and explore the area, for all kind of adventures and tours, for fair prices. Someone who will not try to make money from you, (as most people in these places, especially in Luxor.). Thank you once again :)

Great location on the calmer Westside. Great wifi (we both work online). Offers transportation from the Eastside for much cheaper than you can get elsewhere with all your luggage. More spacious than we expected with AC in the bedroom and very big bathroom. Host is very trustworthy and helpful which I do not expect in Egypt. Actually one of the few people you can really trust. Offered if we want to go anywhere in a tour etc he’d contact his people to get a price, but also told us no pressure at all, do your research or even book online or with someone else. Places in Cairo for example would 100% be pushy and scam you here. We did the hot air balloon ride through him and a Nile sunset ride. Both very fair priced, even at the competitive bottom from prices online. Not exactly sure how it compares to offers on the street, but probably very good too. Plus you go with people you can actually trust without getting scammed. Also did a valley of the kings plus some more westbank things with a driver and guide through the host. Nice driver, guide spoke great English, had great information (we overheard some “guides” in places basically pointing out “hey this is a rock”. You get the idea.) This one was worth every dollar. Would 100% book again if we come back to Luxor.

We loved our stay here, full apartment, great shower kitchen and the courtyard of villa diletta is a little slither of peace. Our host Mohammed was the best part he was very kind, interesting and informative. We had some great conversations and he shared his knoedge of the area. He helped us organise some activities but was never pushy.

Mohamed was a wonderful host who sorted out a sunrise hot air balloon flight for us and bike hire. The property itself was great and in a nice spot next to the Nile and restaurants.

Great place to stay! We had the appartment at the ground floor with the garden where we used to chill out in the evening There is a kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower and the bedroom. There is also a washing machine. At the corner of the street there is a small supermarket so we could buy there the things we needed. Mohamed - the owner of Villa Diletta - was very very helpful every time we needed him Everybody was very kind Amazing experience!

It has tow floors with small yard (which has other guest as well living upstairs which should be known about ).but ,it’s my mistake I didn’t read details clearly

The house was cozy and well kept …very nice place to stay …Hulu recommended…i wish everyone can go then and meet the lovely host .I have to apologize here for our sorrow to the owner who is a great and generous host…we online booked hot air balloons tickets the day before arrival ,and the owner offered us cheaper so decide to book from him and cancel the previous ones, the 30 mins later we found out that on lines can’t be canceled ,so we told him what happened and ask him to cancel his booked asap. But he said he already booked for us ,if cancel need to pay a fee for 40 $ ,then negotiate to 20$ compensation.(we r already unhappy but still is our fault ),then later the he told us the balloons canceled due to the weather issue …so we thought could ask the 20$back . The owner generously refunded the money and wished us good trip .

A beautiful little apartment with a very cosy atmosphere. Wonderful bed and nice little kitchen. Its pissible to cook there or just make a coffee. Has a terrasse with nice furniture. The apartment is a comfortable place to feel at home. Very near to the nile and all the cafes and restaurant. The apartment is very good, because its quiet and good to slept. I highly recommand this apartment.

I stayed there for 1 night, could have stayed for 1 week there!

Pros: - SUPERB host, he felt like a father to me :) - You get an entire house, all to yourself! - Nubian style of decoration, very warm and colourful - A big mirror in the hall, great to check our outfits before we leave the place - Spacious, clean bathroom! - Big bed! - Imagine waking up in the morning, and as you open the main door, you hear birds chirping, while savouring the lush gardens. Plenty of sundecks too - Big pink sofas! If you have more than 2 pax, they are comfy to sleep on

It's a little gem on the west bank of the Nike River. Mohammed is a very friendly and professional host who will give you excellent suggestions what to see and do in Luxor. The accommodation itself is a small apartment in the Nubian style with a great terrace. Highly recommended.
