The Villa is very well maintained and has a lot of facilities. The garden is also in a very good state and does provide a nice and relaxing time during breakfast or sunset. The owner is extremely helpful and friendly. Even when a small problem occured during our stay, she intervened immediately and solved the issue. I would definitely recommend a stay in that Villa if you are looking for a peaceful vacation in the north coast.

The Villa was very nice, it was very spacious, well equipped and near the location were many shopping possibilities also in the compound itself. The owner was very responsive and quick to answer any questions also the on-site crew were quick and very helpful. The beach was clean but somewhat small in relation to the size of the compound some parts are rocky otherwise nice sand

Nothing really. Only wish they had few complementary items that you would expect to find at a resort such as starter packages of hand soap , dish washing soap and couple of toilet paper. Also it would be handy to provide an iron table and an iron .

Location was awesome right by a large pool side which was very convenient. Also a short walking distance there is a free mini bus that can take you to the beach . The beach itself is amazing, . Nice blue water with not too much waves . It is well supervised . We went there in August and definitely the weather is much more enjoyable than Cairo or red sea resorts . The Villa was very clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay . We didn't have wifi for the first day but when we texted Ahmed he sent someone to fix it quickly. Mustafa was so helpful and he even recommended a nice restaurant to order sea food and placed the order for us too .

Upon arrival, the villa was ready to receive us and immaculately clean. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed El Shahawy, the villa owner, for his friendly communication and ensuring that everything was satisfactory. Stella Heights has a fantastic location in Sidi Abdel Rahman, with a large supermarket within the resort and many restaurants along the beach. Just outside the village, there are numerous walking trails, outdoor malls, restaurants, and a petrol station. My family and I had a wonderful time, and we highly recommend this exceptional accommodation.

When I arrived, the villa was spotless and ready for us, thanks to Mr. Ahmed El Shahawy (the villa owner) for his friendly communication and ensuring everything was perfect. Stella Heights is in an excellent location in Sidi Abdel Rahman. Inside the resort, there is a large supermarket and numerous beachside restaurants. Just outside the resort, there are many walking paths, outdoor malls, restaurants, and a petrol station. My family and I had a fantastic time and highly recommend this wonderful stay.

When I reached the villa, it was ready to receive and super clean, specia thanks to Mr. Ahmed El shahawy (villa owner) for his friendly communication and his care to know that everything is alright. Stella Heights has an amazing location in sidi abdel Rahman, where you can find a huge supermarket inside the resort and too many restaurants on the beach. Even outside the village just next to it there are many walks, outdoor malls, restaurants and petrol station. Finally Myself and my family had an amazing time, and we really recommend this amazing stay.

Nothing, just some points to be prepared for; - The beach is a bit crowded and they marked one gate for tenants, so you need to be there early to find a good spot - Bring along pesticides for your exterior stay in the beautiful garden and roof, as bugs and mosquitos are active by night - Wished the pool had more patio chairs, chaise lounges and umbrellas

- The owner is a very pleasant and cooperative person, thanks Mr Ahmed - The villa is beautiful and newly well decorated and furnished. - Professionally cleaned - The pool is close to the garden - Roof is setup and ready for lovely summer nights - Dedicated person -miss Marwa- to receive you and facilitate your stay and answer your questions - I had a birthday event, so Mr Ahmed sent us a complementary ice cream cake, which was very thoughtful of him - Market places are available around - Beach is clean and not so rocky as i read early on - kitchen is fully equipped - Landscape is well taken care of - Beach shuttles are available if you don't have a car, or you don't want to mess it with sand - Marassi water park was so close , we decided to visit it after checkout I will definitely return again, thanks

Very Dirty Villa and coaches , bathroom start fixing when we arrived , table living broken I had to use heater box as a table to put my cups and other item , kitchen items very dirty not for human use , water heater broken , no trash bags , resort shut down electricity next day of our paid stay , so we have to leave one day earlier , all this comm with owner including photos and I do have ‘em !! , this my third time I use this resort , and this is worst exp in my entire life

Nothing Whatever owner comment not true , it’s just an excuses , although him self apologize to me of such incident and i do have all records !! Including photos of his miserable dirty villa , as I have mentioned I had stayed perviously twice in the same resort of course different villa happily without any issues , I will share some photos of his villa , what owner claiming is a lie , we don’t drink alcohol , his making it up to escape from facts shame on him
