The pools are small. My stay was half-board, but there are no complimentary drinks at supper; they are only available at breakfast, which is really unusual.

Nice place with good facilities. Rooms are spacious. Food is ok. Beach was the best. Staff were so helpful.

There are some points to consider: 1) The beach is a bit far from the hotel. you go there by a shuttle train. 2) we found insects in the room ,but the staff handled it perfectly. 3)mini bar wasn’t working. 4) it would’ve made the stay better if they changed the music taste. Random song choices. 5) the staff at the beach restaurant wasn’t friendly. They had a weird attitude. 6) the most annoying thing: wifi isn’t working!!

Loved the atmosphere. Everything was perfect. The buffet was so good (breakfast &dinner). Great aquapark. Suitable for kids and adults. beach activities (water activities & volleyball/racket )and restaurants available (pizzas &more). Pizza was so good. Gym machines are good and advanced.

This our second stay , we like the place but it seems they need more staff especially at the restaurant and beach side , it takes time to clean , and arrange especially when the property is having lots of tourists which usually does. Lots of que for plates, food,..etc life guards need to pay more attention especially with small kids in the pool

This is our second time. The greenery area , beach . Food was ok but was better during our first time. They had a management change recently so i hope this didn’t affect them as we noticed some gaps/issues from our first visit during this year

The animation team's performance and the entertainment program's content require significant improvement. Water bottles are charged at high prices, which is quite unacceptable, especially with the strict rules prohibiting guests from bringing in any food or drinks from outside the resort. This policy feels very annoying and discouraging, to the point of avoiding the place altogether, as creating a monopoly on something as basic as water is simply not acceptable.

Animation is very limited.

The staff are helpful and the hotel rooms are good but a bit outdated and facilities are good many swimming pools. Both breakfast and dinner are good in quantity and quality. The beach is OK with shuttle from hotel.

As I mentioned last summer, the check-in and check-out processes are a bit chaotic. More staff is needed during check-in, and the check-out desk should be separated to prevent overcrowding at the reception.The entertainment programs could use some enhancement.

A great spot for families—kids will have a blast. The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious options, and the hotel staff are friendly and professional.

Unavailability of free water in dinner buffet

I'd like to express my satisfaction with my recent hotel stay. The staff's friendly and welcoming approach significantly enhanced the overall experience. Moreover, the hotel's location was exceptionally nice, offering convenient access to local attractions. Beach water too shallow, need to walk a lot to be able to swim, also there were jellyfish with a bad sting, happened to one family member, we did not get a warning from facility but the beach crew and hotel clinic handled this very efficiently.

Facility is nice, well maintained gardens, there is a transport to beach, pools are nice but small and needs more maintenance and cleaning. Nice stuff, cheerful and helpful, animation team are trying to do a good job.
