How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The swimming pool area is small unlike the shown pictures, the gym is also small relying mostly on some old treadmills and one multi gym machine.
Within proximity to some major tourist attractions, clean and neat , easy check in , the breakfast buffet was excellent but overpriced

What stood out most was the professional and family-oriented care provided by the staff. The atmosphere felt welcoming and safe for families. The location in the middle of Cairo was excellent, making it convenient for moving around the city. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. Special thanks go to Farida, who was professional, attentive, and showed genuine care during our stay, and to Reham for her attention to every detail and her valuable feedback regarding the food and beverage service to our room.

A bit expensive compared to everything else in Cairo but also very fancy so it's fair
We stayed here during our honeymoon, and it was an absolutely perfect experience. The staff truly made our stay special. When the wonderful woman at the reception found out we were on our honeymoon, she arranged a lovely wedding cake and a room upgrade for us, which was such a kind and thoughtful surprise. All the staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with great recommendations for places to eat in the area. The hotel itself is in a great, central location in a safe and secure part of Cairo. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, offering a huge variety of delicious options, and the staff were very attentive, constantly refilling our water, tea, and coffee. We also enjoyed the small pool, which was a nice place to relax and never felt overcrowded. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and have absolutely nothing to complain about. Highly recommended

I had in my bathroom animal smell that wont go away even though house keeping try to spray air freshener, but sheet i think wash washed more than it should , and its time to purchase new sets.

The hotel is clean, decent, and comfortable. The room size is sufficient, and the reception staff was excellent. We didn’t have breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. We’d like to send our greetings and love to the person who cleaned our room every day during our 5-day stay, even though we never got to meet them. Every day, we returned to a spotless and sparkling room. Also, thank you to the person who brought apples to our room each day. If I come to Cairo again, I will definitely stay at this hotel. her

The rate of the hotel’s taxi going to the airport is very expensive. In uber was around $12 dollars but the hotel charge was 88 euros. It was not fair according to the market

The hotel's location is great; it's central. The room was cleaned and maintained daily. The staff is welcoming and kept ensuring that everything was to our satisfaction. The facilities were clean and well maintained. Also, the drinks from the bar were fairly good.
