EgyptUnfortunately there isn’t much activities provided by the animation team. Also the resort itself is crammed with people, and there isn’t much variety in restaurants for the residents, it is only one restaurant.
I loved how the place was full of greenery which was very relaxing, and how there were several bars all around the resort. The restaurant was continuously cleaned which was extremely hygienic, and the food itself was scrumptious. The animation team were super duper friendly, and the DJ at night was amazing.

What i liked most was the very friendly and supportive staff of the resort. All of them were nice and helpful people without exceptions. The location was quiet and nice and all the facilities were all close to our rooms.

EgyptHotel is old, AC is very bad in Lobby and in rooms and sometimes you woke up drenched in sweat. The AC broke on my second day of stay and the maintenance team spent like 3h to fix it (it is a very old AC unit and controller). Food quality is good but there was no varieties, same food every day. There is no drinks bar in the restaurant, you have to wait till one of the waiters could pass you a drink. No kettle in the room, at night you have to get any drink from the lobby bar which is serviced by one guy only, sometimes the load on him is big and yo have to wait till you get your drink, this applies also to pool and beach bars you have to wait long line for a drink in small cup (the weather is very hot and you have to drink a lot to keep hydrated) The hotel needs to allocate more people to bars
The hotel location is good and the beach is good with sandy part and corals for snorkel lovers but beware of stray lion fishes and manta rays. rooms are clean although the hotel is old, room service is very good Price is good as expected for the service provided

EgyptFood was not good first day, no varieties, taste was not nice, refill of the food took much time however this got better the rest of our stay when there were a guests from Italy, Czech and Germany arrived. Staff in restaurant whom are in contact with clients needs to be more representative, i notice 2 or 3 staff with dirty t-shirts and it’s very obvious. Personal point: We lost one of the towel cards from day one and we informed the reception to try to find it however not found and the manager insist to pay 600 pounds for the lost card as per their policy.
Beach is very good. Sea water is crystal clear. Main pool is very nice. Rooms are big and comfortable. Animation team are very active and everyday party in-front of lobby till 12 am.

EgyptEverything in this hotel is amazing from its location which you can easily snorkel with a lot of beautiful fish and if you lucky you can swim with the turtle just among the shore and also the pools and resturant and room was very good . But the best in the hotel is the staff they all friendly and do thier best to your comfort starting from the reception maneger Mr ahmed to resturant staff and pizza chiff to the lady in beach par who make sandwiches she was very kind and welcoming to the kids and The animation team was active all the day organizing many activities and entertaining shows even for the kids they have kids club where kids can play and draw and watch cartoon . We truly enjoyed our stay there and sure we will come back again.

Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed, the Front Office Manager, for his exceptional professionalism and warm hospitality, and to Mr. Hossam at the reception for his welcoming attitude and great service. I would also like to thank Chef Nour, the talented pastry chef, and Chef Mourad, the pasta chef, for their delicious and expertly prepared dishes. A heartfelt thank you to all the hotel staff for making my stay so enjoyable. I will definitely be returning on my next visit.
