The AC wall controller was a bit complicated and it took me a while to figure out how it works.

Spacious room with direct access to the pool. Good breakfast. Nice Italian food at Luca’s restaurant. Clean, tidy and safe kids area with lots of activities. Friendly staff. Complementary extra bed for kids. Free water bottles on the pool.

I didn't like: -no option to open a window in the room -breakfast not as expected at a 5 stars hotel -low quality food at Luca restaurant -low number of english channels at tv -smell in the G- floor.

I liked the clean room , large clean bathroom , the food from the poolbar , some live music entertainment and the nice first floor bar. Good music ,food and wine at the first floor bar. Very nice place to have a coffee and breakfast outside near the pool.

The gym equipments is old, feels that i need more equipments to complete my workout, espicially on back day. The hotel location is in a good quiet place, but is far from nile and some traditional places needs around 40min to reach nile.

The staff is very helpful, Anything you need they will be happy and ready to help. the hotel is clean and convenient. We realy love the kids area where anyone can leave kids there.

A short stay but fabulous experience. Friendly and helpful staff everywhere from the moment we booked online. Airport Shuttle service was brilliant. The location is very convenient. Conceirge takes good care of all queries and promptly assists with everything. Special thanks to the breakfast staff, making every morning a pleasant experience. Lounge open 24/7. The kids' play area was a bonus( It would be nice to have more outdoor activities to do). The pool was well maintained for day and night swims. It's one of our favourite spots in Cairo.

The location is in new Cairo, far from the city center, therefore please expect some time to reach it for visits. Anyway we expect to return to this hotel in future visits

The room size was fine, the design was pleasant and it was clean, decent for a 5 star hotel, which is not always the case in Cairo. The reception, cleaning and concierge service were helpful. The breakfast is also good quality but not so many options. The location is not far from the Airport, in a silent area, and far from the noise of the city center.

The place is a bit too stiff/posh for my taste and I had some issues bringing my guitar into my room although I had no plans nor did I actually have any gatherings in the hotel (I don't know if anyone does that). Not walkable at all!

The hotel building is beautiful and the staff did their best to make me feel comfortable. There was a restaurant that opened the whole day and I often found little gifts at my room from the hotel. After I complained about an issue, the staff addressed it promptly to my satisfaction.
