BelgiumIt was the first time we visited this resort. It took a few days to find everything. For example the biljart room, the other bay to swim in when the house reef was closed. The place is just so big but we enjoyed everything from our stay!
The resort is beautiful. The rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is very accommodating. The food and beverage team went above and beyond to cater gluten-free and lactose. I didn’t get ill from my food allergies, it is something I worry about on holiday but it was completely safe for me and I felt very relaxed about it. The house reef is gorgeous! My boyfriend and I enjoyed freediving.

GermanyThe fitness room was adequately equipped though there were 3 machines that weren't working. Though the opening time was 07:00, the facility's electricity for powering one of the fitness room's air conditioning and lighting wasn't switched on until later when staff arrived for the Spa Treatment (circa 08:00). This is despite contacting Reception... In the end I learned how to do this.
The food was good with plenty of choice for all sittings. The staff were all friendly and easy to get to know.

CanadaThe pool is not really heated! The temperature was only 24 degree at most and with windy and slightly chilly days that was not enough. My wife could not use it at all during our stay and we asked the manager to raise the temperature to match other Jazz hotels in the area as there pool was heated up to 28 degrees, he said that it is against their policy! Many people were not happy and we all stuck to use their tiny outdoor hot tub at the end, which accommodates only 3-4 people at a time!

ItalyRoom and bathroom are clean, but the bath tub a little bit consumed and old. I have also found two little scorpion when I enter the room, but I think it is normal for the location and country in general, and there were no dangers for that. Bad external services: The hotel has a taxi service that is managed by a private company, but I did not like the way they managed my transfer. Before reservation they told me I would have been able to pay by credit card, but it is not true, and you have to get money form an ATM if you want to use it. I did it because the taxi driver was waiting for me at the airport and I discover the fact only at the hotel. I think it is unfair, because I already used the service and I needed to pay for sure. Another thing I did not like was the excursion for snorkeling. The plan was to start at 8:00 to 17:00 with 4 total snorkeling hours - two for the reef and two for snorkeling among turtles and seacows. Bad organization - we needed to wait for several things and people on boat before starting at about 9:30. I payed 60€ for that and we only had 2 hours of snorkeling - about one for the reef (not so good reef to be honest) and less than one hours among turtles and seacows. Otherwise we only see two turtles and nothing else. When we completed the boat tour, we need to wait for the bus to the resort for about 15 minutes. Worse - one bus was ready but it was not enough for all of us, so only a group of us needed to wait for the second one. The were at the resort at 15:30. Then: - 6 hours instead of 9 - early wake up when we need to wait for several other thing later - about 2 hours for snorkeling instead of 4 - no seacows and bad reef - high price for that I think.
The resort is really big and nice! A lot of green spaces, big pool with a bar inside, tennis field, large spaces in general, really really well-finished, rooms grouped into small buildings and well separated by green spaces. It is on the beach so you can also access the sea and have a little bit of snorkeling. It is also connected to the other resort via beach, so you can also walk on the beach for the long coast. International foods are served at lunch and dinner as well, and with a lot of different things. Quality is medium-high, it depends on what you try. Staff is absolutely kind and available for everything. Rooms and bathroom so big, with an own outside space where you can stay. WIFI absolutely available in all the resort (inside and outside spaces). The animation staff is nice, always with a smile, kind and you can spend time with them joining them for several activities they organize. I have know several people in that way, even if I was alone there. A particular note to the team - Karim, Ferminio, H., Fadi, Mido and Aladin. Amazing team :). Please take this note to them on behalf of me :D I have also tried the spa center for a massage - really good.

SwitzerlandService at reception was questionable. Didn’t get any information upon check in and had to figure out everything by ourselves. Rooms are very outdated especially the beds and if your room is towards the pool there will be loud party music until at least 11pm daily. Food is mediocre. Vegetarians face meat in the meals even though they are marked as vegetarian so always double check.
Incredible value for money. Very big property with lush green lawns and many comfortable sun beds and a heated pool. The animation team was the best, making sure to entertain everyone. The daily dance shows in the evenig were also nice. Big plus is that you can use the neigbouring hotel premises as they all belong to the Jaz group. All areas were super clean.

EgyptWe had an amazing stay at this hotel in Marsa Alam. The location is beautiful, the food was great, and the staff were exceptional, especially Mohamed Saeed at reception. He made us feel welcome from the start and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We initially booked two rooms, but Mohamed offered us a family suite. After a day, we preferred separate rooms, and the switch was made easily, along with a thoughtful gesture of sweets and fruit. Highly recommend for family/friends getaways! 💯

United KingdomNo real room service and the a la carte special restaurants menu was limited for a seafood special. Garden and lawns not as good as normal as no longer sprinkled but 'irrigated' with buried tubing network. Doesn't work, trying to be more eco but could still use used water in the old sprinkler system!
Seafront room requested and got! Buffet improvement since last year. New owner company.
