1- all services pools and sea was closed 2- some noise from maintenance guys 3- security are handling reservations owners bad at gates they have a very ridicules manager .

1- Clean , 2- sea view 3 reception hospitality and honest they called us prior arrival to tell about facility troubles

The apartment was ok.Only 1 pool working .Some furniture broken and the door was hard to open and makes a squeaky sound when you open it.Coakroaches in the apartment at night not clean bathroom.Shower tub was blocked water wasn't flowing...

there was a lot of people in the beach and the pool, there weren't enough seats for the gest especially who booked with Porto and booking. There was maintenance on the gangway or walk way during the high season

The apartment is not clean... the furniture is very bad.... there's no private pool for the room as mentioned... And we can't use the hotel's pool or the dolphin pool because they are special for the owners... there are two small pools to use .. Note: each apartment has just one key (card) to use for lift and doors...so if you are many persons you should go out together and back together 😏

not acceptable to take one access key and the receptionist refused to provide us another one so the family 6 person not able to move except together because the key in must to enter the pool or the elevator

The cleanliness of the swimming pool, unfortunately, UT needs more supervision, and staff supervising the instructions inside the pool should have more control to prevent eating in pool and swimming with shirts and normal clothes this is really disgusting

the apartment wasn’t clean at all, the pool is very cold, there is only one access card for the whole family, the check out was very bad and not well organized. we ordered a car to pick up our luggage, it came after one hour, we had to wait for a long time under the sun with kids “worst thing about vacation” we became very exhausted before traveling.

Reception desk access is through the parking area,and you should pay 25 l.e. for it. Check in only takes 10 min. or less,so you pay parking fees for nothing. Alternavily you can park outside and walk to the desk, your companions will stay in hot weather inside your car. Parking garage during your stay is too far from the property building... It is exhausting to walk out of garage till you reach your property,you pay 75 l.e. per day for parking though. Beach is not comfortable, but clean. Property maintenance is poor, light bulbs need replacements.... Reception desk is comfy ,and receptionist is friendly nd helpful. No information about present facilities near area.(telefrique,sport pitches,...)

Reception desk is comfy ,and receptionist is friendly and helpful. Very good sight view from balcony. Clean pools and beach. Snorkling is amazing. Clean towels and bed sheets. Satisfying property cleanliness, but not so clean,because of poor maintenance and old furniture.

It's not suitable for families as it is now used as a students accommodation. Garbage everywhere, in the corridors and inside the elevator, also it seems that no body cleans. There's a construction work inside, almost all restaurants are closed, all swimming pools were closed except only one.
