PhilippinesIf I had one suggestion for improvement, it would be the breakfast selection.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in room 541. A special mention goes to Mr. Rashed, the room attendant, who went above and beyond to ensure our room was always spotless and comfortable — his service truly made a difference during our stay. The beach and pool areas were fantastic, very clean and relaxing, and it was reassuring to see that lifeguards were always available. Water activities can also be provided by the hotel at an additional cost. Our room had a spectacular view, which was definitely one of the highlights of the trip — waking up to that view each morning has a calming effect and rejuvenating effect on the soul. Overall, a great experience. We'll surely stay at this hotel again when we visit the north coast.

United Kingdom- Even though I am rating the hotel very high, I have to highlight what I consider a serious safety concern, with jet skis speeding with acrobatic moves in a close proximity to swimmers. Only separated by a rope with floating buoys that won't mitigate any malfunction or error resulting in one of these crashes into swimmers. I sent email with the same to the hotel's general manager... I hope they take it seriously. - The view to the sea horizon - setting at the beach - is almost blocked by a small island that is used as a private beach.
In short, Fantastic hotel and welcoming staff. My room was great, clean, good size and amenities. As described two pools, sandy beach, central location ... walking distance to lot of eateries/restaurants... overlooking the lagoon on the street side, sea views on the other. Very good service at the pool and beach. Calm sea waves that is very suitable for children. The hotel is new ... and this is clear everywhere you go.

EgyptThe only thing that is not for me is the low class noisy music from the island in front of the hotel which is not belong to the hotel yet still very annoying to me but could be entertaining for others
We had a lovely stay at Palma Bay Rotana Resort in the marina. The location is fantastic with beautiful views and easy access to restaurants and shops. The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Great value for the price and a perfect choice for a relaxing getaway.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel , everything was great - All staff are friendly and welcoming - The room was nicely furnished and has modern decorations - The beach is clean and has crystal clear water - Animation team are doing really nice activities for adults and kids - The food quality is great and the open buffet has variety of options - i tried the in-room dining option few times and the food quality and quantity were great but a bit pricey - also since the hotel is located inside marina 5 so you have the option to go to the nearby coffee shops or restaurants if you like

EgyptThe hotel facilities are excellent, and overall everything was smooth and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to add more variety to the food options, which would make the dining experience even better.
I would like to thank Palma Bay Rotana for their wonderful hospitality during my stay. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help, which made my experience truly enjoyable. A special thanks goes to Rana and Fatema at the reception for their professionalism and warm attitude, and also to Fares at the swimming pool for his kindness and excellent service. They all made me feel very well taken care of.

EgyptWe booked a seafront view room, but were very disappointed to be offered a seaside view and they had no availability for rooms with a more premium view. The reasoning was they have no differentiation between seaside and seafront. We found this unfair, they should have different pricing based on the level of view you get. So be aware when you book and clarify with them early on! The beach doesn't have an infinite outlook of the sea, the view is blocked from both sides by an island and a land extension. The silver lining of this was that the sea was calmer on the beach, no big waves and safer to swim. The island played loud disturbing music all day which disturbed the chill mood we were looking for.
Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Karim and Adham on the beach. The breakfast was very good and diverse, although often very crowded in the last hour.

EgyptThe surrounding of the hotel wasn’t the best, it was loud and there is a beach club infront of the hotel, it was loud. But the beach itself is amazing! Everything else was amazing! I just wish the hotel offered half board, breakfast and dinner. Not only breakfast, because the food was amazing when we tried it. Definitely recommend
The service was amazing! The hotel is very cozy, and the staff is beyond incredible and friendly. All requests were performed fast and effectively. The house keeping team were especially very friendly, specifically abo zeid.

Egypt- I advice every one not to go for check in before 2 pm to avoid waiting - they refuse late check out.
The hotel is cozy, clean and the staff were very supportive during the stay. The beach is sandy and well prepared, the ream on the beach and pool were available on-spot to support you as will as the life guards always focused on the guest safety. Although they reject late check out. They told us that we can enjoy the day on the beach & pool and we can use the other facilities to change our cloths which was well prepared for that
