C'mon this is Egypt!! There will be nothing to complain of. We have to love it to bits and pieces. An absolute treasured experience from Airport , Stay at Hotel , mingling among people to the departure.

Location is great ; you're near the main high street, Maximum half an hour drive from each direction you might intend to visit ( International airport or sight seeing visits at least for me ) and finally surrounded by many amenities e.g. restaurants and cafes. Just a reminder the location doesn't have a sign to indicate that here is the Hotel however if you write to them they will swiftly reply to guide. Your neighbouring people are friendly and helpful they would go the extra mile for you with for no returns.

Good value for the price if you look for something decent and not expensive. . Location of the apartment is a plus.. No noise, very peaceful neighborhood. If you come on few days, it is a good option.

No one was at the front desk, in most of the time I tried to find someone to help. There was no bathroom towel , I could not find someone to help, I was able to get the towel in the second morning, it was a little stressful! Get your own shampoo, and slippers

No sign outside, took me a few minutes until I realised where the hotel actually was. Hot water was a bit weak.

It was spacious, clean, central location. Good air conditioning. Relatively quiet, I slept well every night after a long day walking around Cairo. The location is good, not far from most of the important places (by taxi ofcourse). Highly recommended.

The toilet leaked. There was long hair in the water puddle just outside the shower (pity because the rest of the room was very clean). There was a distinct smell of sewers emanating from the shower drain. The sofa had seen better days. It had cigarette burns and stains on it so I didn't use it. The lock to the door locked with a tiny flimsy office cabinet key. It didn't inspire confidence.

The room is spacious, with adequate kitchen facilities. There's a large TV and the Aircon worked just fine. The bathroom is large and I loved the big mirror.

Had to wait for 30-40 mins for someone to attend to us even after notifying the checkin time. It says 2bedroom apartment, but one room is extremely small, with just two single beds in it. Looks more like a closet.

The location is great and you can get all your daily needs from so many close shops like grocery, restaurants and pharmacies.

Can be noisy due to foot traffic but didn't bother me too much. Was safe but can be improved with an extra lock on door since it's not a hotel and for solo travellers in particular.

Staff were super helpful and friendly. Good location, clean rooms, shops and cafe close by. Room size was great stayed in room number 2 next to reception on ground floor. There were staff on site at all hours.

The area could look cleaner, but it's to be expected in Cairo.

Really a great find, close to Zamelk which has great restaurants. My partner and I really felt at home, and the staff was very helpful.

Plumbing issue

Amazing location and upgraded rooms. Room is too small unless u want just to slepp. Go for the studio for more space. Everything was excellent

A little difficult to access with a baby (stroller) and even for luggage as there are some stairs. I initially booked the appartment but they gave me the one on the 8th floor which requires to walk from the 6th floor. So I swiped it with my brother who was also visiting. They should consider to make it more kids friendly. As the place is always fully booked, early checking or late checkout isn't possible.

I like the spacious room and to have a fridge and a small kitchenette especially required as I was traveling with my infant. The location was good and close to the place of workshop I was attending. The staff were very nice and helping out in all queries, giving information and carrying luggages.
