The location is very good, but it might be a bit hard to find. It is a humble hotel, but for the price it really complies with my expectations. It is quite clean. The wifi does not reach the rooms but in the lobby is okay. The first night they charged us the specified amount in euros and not in dollars, therefore we overpaid considerably. We raised their attention in this matter and they paid us the difference at the very next day. Due to this gesture, we decided to stay longer. Some of the staff are very very nice, compliant and humble. Overall, and for the price, I would recommend it.

Nothing significant everything was as expected for a comfortable, budget friendly stay.

This 3 star hotel is located in downtown Cairo, just a 10 minute walk from Tahrir Square. It’s in a lively area with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, including McDonald’s and KFC. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering useful advice and convenient transport services that made exploring the city much easier.

The Resiption Employees were so Good and respectful and very cooperative , Especially Mohammad and Ahmad , but there's a girl wasn't treated me in a Respectful way , she is Laughing without any reason , some time she told me you must reserve by Our Hotel site ,and when i'm reserving it she told me cancel your reservation, and just pay to us in Cash , this mistake must solve it by the Responsable.

It was my best Expected, i find all the comfortable needs , such as the Modern beds cleaning covers , the location is great you're so lucky to be in the Downtown of Cairo , you have a very speed Wifi , especially if you have a job on your laptop, and there's a TV , Wardrobe .& good Room services . Thanks to the Owner Of Montana Hotel , & the price was deserved. Please keep it in this Limit .

The staff members were great, especially Nada, Hesham and Mohamed. They did their best to make my stay comfortable. I asked to move to a better room and they did that with the same price. The facilities were also very good. Not to mention, the location was very nice near almost everything. Besides, a small mosque is on the ground floor.

Breakfast could have been better with some more options

I recently spent two wonderful nights at Hotel Montana, and I was thoroughly impressed with my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The rooms were modern, neat, and clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the breakfast that was included. What really made my stay stand out, however, was the flexibility of the staff. When I needed to check in early, they kindly accommodated me, allowing me to drop off my bags and check in four hours before the official time. Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Montana to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and hassle-free stay. The staff's warm hospitality and willingness to help made my stay truly unforgettable. I'll definitely be back!

The room was not very clean, we couldn't use the wardrobe as it was too dusty. There wasn't a chair either, so the luggage and clothes had to stay on the floor which wasn't very clean. The shower has no glass or curtain so the bathroom is a shower room and everything gets wet. The traffic outside is loud even though it's on the 7th floor. The price is very cheap so I think overall is good value for money.

The staff was super helpful and welcoming. They helped us carrying luggage, kept luggage on check out day and booked a taxi to the airport. They also met all our requests such as extra towel and blanket. Really the staff made a big difference!! The location is very central, 10 min walk from the main museum and close to the metro. The breakfast was filling but there is only one option which is traditional soup with some sides, a little cake and a hot drink.

The room was a bit chilly and wanted to make it a bit warmer, but we could get it to work. Breakfast was pretty basic. It would have been nice to have a few more different bread buns with butter.

This is the second stay at this hotel during our trip to Egypt. The hotel staff are very good and welcoming. We arrived from Luxor early morning and our check in time was at Midday. It was very good to see that the manager Nada and his team let us check in almost 2 hours early with no additional cost to us. This helped us immensely as we wanted to take a rest after an overnight journey from Luxor to Cairo. Also to visit the Egyptian Museum and do some last minute shopping in Cairo. Thank you to Nada and the team.

Nada, Mohamed, and Ahmed are all exceptional staff; always attentive to help with all they can! The room was cold as the AC didn't switch to a heater. However, the staff were very accommodating to change rooms and add extra layers of blankets! Really enjoyed the stay, appreciate all their hardworking. We also loved the breakfast and the kitchen staff as they they were quick in preparing breakfast! ❤️❤️

It's the continuous noise coming from vehicles on the road and it's difficult to sleep at night until early in the morning. We had breakfast and it was basic local food with no choices. Access to the hotel is a bit confusing for a first time customer. Once you get used to it, it's not a big deal.

The staff are very helpful and kind. The manager was very accommodating when we wanted to extend our check out time. The location is a plus as it is within walking distance of all the eating places, Tahrir square, Egyptian Museum and many more.
